Quality Inn Windsor Mill - Baltimore

The hotel staff were all incredibly nice and friendly. After checking out, I realized I had left my glasses in the room. The staff kindly handed me the room card and told me I could just leave it in the room after grabbing my glasses, rather than walking all the way back to the front desk. This saved me a lot of time and hassle!

Nothing the staff weren’t welcoming the room wasn’t clean the bedsheets were dirty i had no internet the location and environment was dirty and scary the bathings available

I didn't like the fact that I was supposed to pay $83.50 but I'll end up paying $133 which wasn't the deal of we had made

The location and cleanliness Need more of a selection for breakfast

The staff was very good. They responded and provided anything that was asked for. I stayed for 5 nights, 4 people in double queen beds. It was Very unclean and unsanitary. The lobby smelled like too much mold with dust just like the breakfast area, it most likely has to do with the floor carpets, they need to be replaced or heavily cleaned. The halls outside that go into the rooms smelled like pee all over, there was also some trash on the halls. Then there was my room [201] they said it was cleaned but we noticed it had mold and dust everywhere, specifically in the bathroom ceiling. But the worst part is that there was a mouse, it goes in and out from a hole behind the Toilet. We had to abandon all food and snacks that we had over the counters that we saved for the following day. Please seal that hole and remove the mouse from the premises. I also need to report about the breakfast area: it needs to clean the waffle maker machine daily because everytime I used it was very dirty. The cereal was very soft so it was already expired and was never replaced. And they provided boiled eggs in a bowl but they where already peeled and anyone could of grab them or touch them with their hands before you grab yours (that is unsanitary). I didn't trust the pastry deserts. Everything else was good including juices, coffee, bagels, bread, yogurts, and whole milk.

They canceled my reservation when I was already in the room with my family with no explanation how that happened. Also they wanted to charge us doble if we wanted to keep the room. The room was nasty and the bathroom carpet was so wet . Worst hotel ever.i won't recommend to anybody. I didn't like anything abit that hotel it was the worst palce ever. The person in charge was not polite.

Nothing Staff wasn’t at check in desk, there was no peep hole in the door, stains in bathroom, cockroaches in the bedrooms, free breakfast didn’t even help because the waffle maker was dirty and drinks in machine had fruit flies

The location was perfect And we loved the fact there was a club right in the hotel. Well. I can only think of one word when I stayed here. Ghettoooooo I was trying to cut through the parking lot to get to my car and the security they have for the club was looking at me crazy. Mind you I’m outside. He looked at me as if I don’t belong there. Then didn’t say a word when I asked him how to cut through to get to my car and he just pointed and looked away. It was weird. There’s I big pile of trash on the side of the hotel right where we had to walk for our room.

Everything was great until I started seeing so many roaches coming out even when I started eating they were crawling everywhere which i reported and the hotel has done nothing to help nor commendation for me what so ever
