Residence Inn by Marriott Bangor

If you’re traveling through Bangor, this is the spot to stop. The rooms are clean, staff was friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making the stay the best possible.

Everything is excellent. Staff very friendly.

On arrival the A/C did not work in our room. While we were out they were going to have someone fix it but when we got back they said it needed freon and the people couldn't come that day. I said we needed something as the room was 77 degrees. They brought a portable which we ended up having to have our full 2 day stay as A/C never did get fixed. It was very loud. They did remove the dog fee to compensate. Second thing that was a surprise - but I guess the new norm - we did not get our bed made or fresh towels. I was told this only happened every second day. I do not like getting into an unmade bed so it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Front staff were awesome and the poor lady who brought the portable A/C was awesome.

This was a great place to stay with my kids and grandkids. The only thing I would complain about is the mattress on the pullout couch. It was very uncomfortable and there was no mattress pad. Other than that we loved it and we will stay again.

The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Breakfast was a little better than the typical thing you get at hotels like this. The room was large, well equipped, with an excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. I'm picky about beds and liked this one!

Great stay after flying in to Bangor. Really nice continental breakfast got us started up the next day. I'd stay here again.

Hotel was very nice. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, Timber and had a great meal. Would come back. Great for families.

Only thing I did not like is was woken up several times by what we first thought was constant dancing, but decided it was just people taking luggage to their rooms throughout the night, so soundproofing could have been better

Excellent stay. Check in was easy. Room was nice; spacious, quiet, clean. Pool and hot tub was a nice bonus. Easy walk to our concert venue. Will stay again when in Bangor.

The property was excellent. It surpassed my expectations. It was a nice property. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant Timber was 10 out of 10. Having the shuttle bus transporting us from the airport and back. Staff was very friendly. Overall 10 out of 10.

We got stuck over night when our flight was cancelled. There could not be a better place for us to stay. From our first encounter, the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. We were rebooked on a 5am flight, the front desk made arrangements for the shuttle to pick us up 3:45 a.m. The shuttle driver, Laura, arrived early and got us to the airport with plenty of time. The early morning front desk clerk, Ryan, made a fresh pot of coffee for us and packed to go breakfasts for us. We felt well taken care of.

No issues very very nice

Dinner at the restaurant, Timbers, was excellent. Wasn't informed about parking in the lot, use of room key to enter and leave.

We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant here. Fabulous food, waitstaff was helpful and friendly. Perfect stop for us as we were unexpectedly layed over on our travels

Breakfast was great. Kitchen and cleaning staff too!

Very clean and staff were great. Limited parking for handicap.

Loved the pool, hot tub and on site restaurant. Also close to entrainment 😊

Excellent location to concerts and the casino, beautiful hotel and friendly helpful staff. Room was immaculate - bed was so comfortable. Great breakfast - great restaurant onsite..... we stay here every time we go to Bangor.
