Have stayed at this hotel numerous times. This weekend the check in process was good. The hotel is convenient for concerts at the waterfront. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain. I reported on Saturday and it wasn’t fixed and I reported it on check out on Sunday for a second time. The place really needs some updating. The rug was stained in several places.

Friendly staff and our room location was perfect! Quiet, great size and very nice view. 2 big windows. Because I haven’t been there in years, I have forgotten the layout from the garage to the hotel and how to get to check in. That’s all.

Location was great. Decent price per night. We had a room with 2 queen beds. Both mattresses were very uncomfortable. Just old and worn. We couldn’t both sleep in the same bed.

Great location, especially if you are going to a concert. The chicken tenders in the pub were amazing.

Nice staff

The room was so disgusting. There was dust and dirt anywhere. When I mentioned it they said we could switch rooms but it was after 10pm and I was not changing rooms at that point. Breakfast not included. Tried to double charge for parking because there was an event in town. For the price I paid this is absolutely outrageous. The room was so hot both my mom and I barely slept and woke up sweating. They only allow the ac to go so low. The tv did not work. I could go on and on but it’s not worth my time.

Everything was great. Was able to check right in, the casino was larger than expected. Both lunch and breakfast was also wonderful. Prices were great. Would definitely stay again.

I chose to stay at this hotel, because it’s walking distance to the Bangor Amphitheater. I was a little worried that because of the casino, the hotel would be loud and busy. I was delighted to discover that the casino onsite is separate from the hotel. It did not effect my hotel stay whatsoever and if choose to, you can easily avoid the casino altogether. All the staff members I encountered were excellent and my room was quiet and comfortable.
