The rooms are a little dated. No fan in bathroom! Irritating. Desk staff could be more presentable and friendly

Room was clean and comfy, only complaint was the rude staff. Lady at the front desk was not friendly had very negative responses to all things we asked about. Casino security was not helpful. Thought I lost my drivers license in the casino, wouldn’t let me in to look, didn’t offer to have someone else look, just told me he couldn’t help me. Food was good .

It was very close to the venue

Beautiful location overlooking the river. Convenient to shopping and close to the airport. Hotel was very quiet. Casino was fun. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The view was beautiful. Room was clean and tidy. Front desk member at check in conveyed lots of information but some was unclear or hard to understand. Found a fake eyelash in the room near the bed. Not sure where it came from. Casino was nice. Hops House 99 was very good as well. Different check out person. Friendly also. Only difficulty was the way the parking garage is completely separate from the hotel. Up down elevators to get to your room or vehicle when coming or going. Will be back again.

Friendly people great location.

​The air conditioning in our room did not work. When I informed the front desk, I was told they were experiencing issues and instructed to manually open the unit, turn it off, wait 10 minutes, and restart it. I followed these directions, but it failed to fix the problem. ​I called the front desk back, and they promised a maintenance technician would be sent up immediately. No one ever showed. Worse, the front desk completely stopped answering the phone altogether after that. We were left to sleep in a stifling 74.3°F room. ​It was an incredibly poor experience and a total lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and book the Marriott across the street instead—it is amazing.

Excellent location for concert goers!! Just a short walk to Maine Pavilion stage.

Easy check out. Alot of parking. Close proximity to alot of things.

Nice hotel nice staff , decent casino with good dealers and good pit bosses pretty friendly just don't have your phone out lol

Positives for our stay at the Casino included free parking and close proximity to the waterfront amphitheater. The front staff were friendly and helpful. Did not play at the casino but walked through it, and they seem to offer a lot of options for gamblers. Sadly at $300 + a night I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel, we’ve stayed at 3 hotels in Bangor now and we won’t stay at any other than this one. Staff was super friendly, Ed at check in was so nice.

It was clean The temperature control is locked. My family and I were sweating in the hotel room. We didn’t get any sleep for 3 days.
