Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location

The room was clean. It is an old Motel. The staff were good. The price was cheaper by $100 from any other motel in the area so it was a good deal. It had a slight smell of smoke.
-
Very dated facilities. Bathroom was very small as you had to straddle toilet to get door closed.
-
The staff and shuttle service to the concert were great!

Tres vieux bâtiment. Necessiterait renovations majeures. Vieux couvre lit. Tapis dans les chambres. Odeur dans lentree et les corridors. Le déjeuné est inclus et etait ok.

Requested non-smoking friend but, when we got the room it ranked of cigarettes. The ac was terrible couldn’t even tell it was working. We got chewed up by something the first night. We requested a new room and it was much better even though it could use a nice paint job in the rooms the walls were dirty. The second room had pieces falling off the ceiling onto the bed. The ac worked good. We were in the back building and it was visibly dirty when you walk in. The main building smelled like an old folks home. The breakfast was barely edible. Fair for the price.

Perfect for taking a rest on the road. Comfortable beds, decent shower, pretty clean all around, and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff attitudes was great. Very nice peoples to deal with.

Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Property itself needs work big time. I went down a set of stairs in the back and they were treacherous. The building needs paint really badly. Whole property needs updating.

The location was good in that it was convenient to Acadia NP. The breakfast was a bit better than the 'continental' that was promised with fresh waffles and yogurt. The coffee was a very good local roast. Vacationland met expectations of a 1-star motel. The property was quite old and not well maintained. Everything worked (shower, sink, TV, locks, etc), but the room and entire property smelled like an old ill-maintained property. We appreciated it being available for a lower price than other Acadia-convenient lodging. As long as you expect 1-star it meets those expectations just fine.

I wish i could give better stars. While the hotel is what it is, dated, cost was affordable. The hotel and others in the are have a free shuttle to and from the ampitheater which is awesome. What made me give it a low star rating is this.... if you have a vending machine that only takes ones and an atm that only gives out 20s shouldn't the office be able to break those 20s so you can use said vending machine?? after our event we were tired, we wanted a drink from vending machine, got cash from atm, and the office staff said they couldn't break anything larger then a 10 dollar bill. we then had to get in the car and drive down the road to the gas station. not only were we charged atm fees we then had the inconvenience of having to leave to drive to another location and back, just for a stupid drink. would i be willing to stay here again, nah most likely not. while cheap it pissed me off and the atm fees and the additional hassle isn't worth it to me.

This property is old and rundown, and not worth the the nightly asking rate. Everywhere you look there’s something that needs to be fixed. It’s very rundown and out of date.
