This was an amazing place to stay! I didn’t realize I had a 1-bedroom unit and that was awesome. They have 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units with a fireplace! Full kitchen, clean, quiet, and location was perfect in Banner Elk. My new go-to mountain retreat-away-from home!

Location to Grandfather Mountain was great. A/C was great. Kitchen does not have some basic utensils and is not fully supplied (as advertised) - fortunately there is a Food Lion nearby where we bought what should have been supplied. Sofa and chairs did not feel clean and we put a sheet over the sofa. Beds and bed linens were good and clean. But, great place to have a family get-together to attend the nearby Highland Games at Grandfather Mountain.

Beyond my expectations!

Pool bathrooms - the trash was collected but the other things were not addressed. I had to ask someone to get tissue for the stalls.

Needs a bit more light, possibly a floor lamp to brighten the area by the entrance door. Pool bathrooms - the trash was collected but the other things were not addressed. I had to ask someone to get tissue for the stalls.

Is niiice. Not luxurious... but very comfy and peacefull The pond was nicely stocked w fish. The gas BBQ works well . I wish the offered actual room cleaning service even if w added fee making it easy to book. We noticed they removed the excellent coffee machine they had at the welcome ctr. Pitty it was great coffee...

Outside remodel looks amazing. Pool and hot tub were great. Interior of the rooms were old and not updated. The worst part is you can hear everything through the walls and ceilings. The people upstairs kept us awake until midnight.

Bathrooms are not laid out well

Very nice, centrally located in Banner Elk. Shower needs an update, but otherwise exactly what we needed for our trip.

Everything was good . Was not the picture of the grounds or cabin I saw when I made the reservation and this was more like a condo.

Staff was kind and helpful and this location for me is ideal Had issues with the toilet, had to re-attached the chain and keep jingling the lever to make the toilet stop running. I did not report this issue but should have.

The location and design layout of the resort The road within the resort was a bit narrow especially around the corners

The house was amazing, the view, the staff, the lay out of the property. Especially the putt putt. We all played nonstop. Definitely will book again
