Outside remodel looks amazing. Pool and hot tub were great. Interior of the rooms were old and not updated. The worst part is you can hear everything through the walls and ceilings. The people upstairs kept us awake until midnight.

Nice clean

Perfect place to stay in Banner Elk. There is nothing amiss from this property.

Bathrooms are not laid out well
-
Very nice, centrally located in Banner Elk. Shower needs an update, but otherwise exactly what we needed for our trip.

Everything was good . Was not the picture of the grounds or cabin I saw when I made the reservation and this was more like a condo.

Staff was kind and helpful and this location for me is ideal Had issues with the toilet, had to re-attached the chain and keep jingling the lever to make the toilet stop running. I did not report this issue but should have.

The location and design layout of the resort The road within the resort was a bit narrow especially around the corners

Hidden fees and charges....

The house was amazing, the view, the staff, the lay out of the property. Especially the putt putt. We all played nonstop. Definitely will book again

Sadly our unit was one of the older ones. The ice maker ran all night and the shower dripped. Maintenance came the second day - but could not fix either one. Made for bad sleep. Toilets sit way too low for seniors. Unit definitely needs a refresh.

The shower was very small and no handrails in the bathroom. There three steps to the front door and no banister. I could not sit on the little front porch due to the bees in the bushes. The unit was clean except for the large air vent in the wall. I was disappointed.

Very well kept property. Room was clean, spacious

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend Merlefest in Wilkesboro. Checking in was simple with the help of extremely nice staff. Our one bedroom unit had plenty of room for 2 people and was very comfortable and clean. The unit was quiet which we really liked. The unit was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed the property and its beautiful location. We definitely would stay here again!
