It was just a terrible experience. My friend got but in the face by bed bugs and it swole his head and eye areas. We had to change rooms at 2 a.m. with a manager who acted like we were lying to him. After switching rooms, the manager didn't give us the remote to the TV and told us just to use the buttons on the TV, which I couldn't figure out how to operate. So I had to walk back downstairs AGAIN to ask him to show me how to use the TV. After going through all of that, the coffee wasn't ready at 6AM, down in the lobby.

well, when I went in, it was all nice until I start seeing a lot of moths I kilt like over 10 of them and there was still multiple in this room 218. The energy wasn’t right. The room looked nice but the energy there was off. The window was easy to open there’s no screen or any bars. If anybody get a hotel do not get room 218 fam frl I highly recommend not to the other rooms. I don’t know, but based off my experience, don’t. unless if u will to feel uncomfortable and if u willing to exercise.

staff very helpful nothing

I called before I got there to see if there were any deposits I was told no but upon arrival was told I had to pay 50 deposit I asked what had changed an he said because I had paid online he also said that if I booked with him again I was not to pay for my room online that if I did he wouldn’t honor it because booking .comdoesnt charge enough an he needed more money so I go up to my room it smelle like a hamster cage there was no hot water at all water was straight cold I asked if we could move rooms because of water problems was told they would fix it the Wi-Fi didn’t work when I told them they said for me to stand on the stairs in the corner cause that was only place Wi-Fi worked. I asked them for clean towels on my second night there they said I couldn’t have fresh sheets or towels until Saturday I checked out Sunday I asked for housekeeping because when I got there the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or swept or mopped I was told I didn’t get housekeeping serviced but the staff gave me a broom an said we don’t have vacuum upstairs so you can sweep the carpet after all of that when checking out I went to get my deposit at check out I was only given part of deposit back because I had a guest who only came to pick me up for lunch didn’t stay at my room they said was to much traffic an so they were keeping my deposit never got hot water or Wi-Fi or towels or ice or housekeeping the whole time I was at the hotel it was a nightmare They also let me know that if I ever stay at there establishment again that I was not to book online an that I needed to come in with cash to pay the room an if I did rent online that they wouldn’t honor it an they also wouldn’t refund the money so for me to make sure I came to office to pay in cash for room I told them not to worry that I would never rent from them again

Ir wS quiet They didn't have a pool open, ice machine not working and owner was to bring me some bit never did. The shower had something on it, and ants in the tub. No coffee. Remote to TV was dieing and needed replaced but evey time i asked for something all he would say with a stupid smile was oh no we don't have.

Facilities old and not clean. Air conditioner too noisy Bath tube too old, air conditioner too noisy

Clean. Neat. Furniture in good shape. Carpet was in good shape. Bed was decent enough. Shower water was hot right after turning on. Nice wide bathroom counter. Unlike almost all older hotels I stay in, this one actually had a mini power strip next to one side of the bed. Although carpet was in great shape, I don't like carpeted floors in hotels. Sink taps were both hot. Not big enough reasons for me avoid staying here in the future.

the manager was the rudest most unprofessional

First, the little old man behind the desk demanded I present papers on my service dog,then when we told him we weren’t getting hot water, he said just let it run well that night we were OK with just warm water but the next morning it didn’t get any better than lukewarm. I’m not taking a cold shower. When we told him about the problem, he ignored us. I want my money back. I want a full refund.

I had to have my car towed there. External parking was awesome. Auto parts store within walking distance other things drinks mainly close to walking distance very reasonable. Pricing was very happy.

When entering the room, which was supposed to be non smoking, there was an extremly strong smoke odor. The carpets were so disgusting, there was trash, hair, and stains throughout. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with dirt on the floor and the bathtub had paint on the walls. The shower pole was jimmied together with cardboard and cut up flip flops to hold it in place. The toilet was dirty as well with rings inside the bowl and the handle was cracked and discolored. Also the door on the bathroom did not close all the way and the window in the bathroom was cracked. It was so bad I asked for another room. I was given the room next door, which was bad in different ways. The other rooms carpet was better but the refrigator was completely broken and unplugged leaving a mildew odor in the room. The bathroom had no door, eliminating any privacy, so I asked a different room again and was told they could only give me the room I started with. Before going back I had to buy painters tarp to cover the floors. Then when I opened the drawers, I found used tissues and q tips and when the nightstand moved there was cigarette butts, ash, and a torch on the floor. Also the water never got hot, even after complaining multiple times.

Nothing The sheets and bed were dirty, towels were dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, the toilet was disgusting, and so was the shower,there was no hot water, the sink didn't work, the bathroom lights didn't work, and the phone didn't work. And the guy that worked there was nice but his wife was totally rude and disrespectful.i will never stay there again.

Gave me a smoking room and not looking like the pictures listed. Most horrible room I’ve ever stayed in Everything was broken and didn’t work. Worst smell I’ve ever smelled

It was a great value if you just need a place to sleep. No breakfast and could use updating.

....Therefore unable to borrow their vacuum nor switch out towels and sheets including the sheet he gave me with wholes on it and the medium towel he gave me with pubic hair stick in it. 7. He insults their African American guests interrogating me with disrespectful questions about my education and career in in a derogatory manner as if he's shocked and in disbelief, and is testing me. His ignorance, total racist mentality, unethical below-standard delusional deplorable unprofessional rude behavior will be reported to Human Rights officials and business license officials as well as to Economy Inn corporate office. I always turn on my audio recorder before I check in at any hotel and motel. I'm going to paste this Review into a free public webpage I'm publishing. 8. No coffee maker's. I therefore had to order an electric hot water kettle in my Instacart delivery in order to boil water for what I need hot water for, and to make tea, coffee, then return it upon check out. Obviously not obliging his rude careless blow off of pointing across the street at a raggedy filthy restaurant demanding "If you want coffee you walk in hot Sun across the street and buy it over there!" 9. WHAT I LIKED: The internet is fast and smooth, consistent. Their system is set up to automatically reactivate the key cards without guests having to go to them, as well as re-check guests in automatically when additional nights are added. Other than the disrespectful inconsiderate fools always slamming the room door next to me, and the staff talking loud and banging against room walls; the motel is quiet. I had to buy more toilet tissue and disinfectant surface wipes due to never seeing nor hearing a housekeeping cart anywhere, but I liked that staff honors requests of DO NOT DISTURB. 1. Linens and towels have holes, stains, pubic hair on them. 2. No irons, no ironing boards. No stoppers in the sinks, just deep open hole. No blow dryers. Room does not look like the photo's they advertise on their website and on travel websites. No ice machine. No guest laundry. No breakfast. No kleenex. No luggage racks. The windows don't open!!! Tiny one in bathroom have no screens. 3. Racist motel. Two of many examples include - they only open lobby door for caucasian people to check in. Everyone else they make check in at a window you have to yell at and can barely hear threw. 4. He tosses your i.d at you instead of placing it back in your hand. Which is very disturbing, disrespectful, belittling, unprofessional, unethical and rude. 5. They do not have any breakfast. Nor any coffee. No pool. Pillows are extremely hard and flat, almost as hard as the bed's, massively uncomfortable. Stained plastic shower curtains they're supposed to switch out after each guest check out. They should have cloth ones which can be washed between each Broken lamps bulb devices. check out. Stained headboards, they don't clean and disinfect between guests check outs. Old beat up furniture. Dusty microwave and fridge. Low water pressure in shower due to tiny shower head. Stained tubs. I don't know if the TV or remote works; as I never turn on TV's at motels. Sink lighting looks like a broken old hallway light in a horror movie, is dim and long LED, instead of soft yellow bulb. Yet in advance of arrival in my Special Requests section of the booking confirmation email they confirmed reading; I requested the most comfortable quietest cleanest non-smoking room. This room totally is not. How disregarding and disrespectful is that! 6. The old beat up carpeting has a bunch of particles all over it. They do not vacuum. Nor have I heard nor seen a housekeeping cart on any day after check out time, anywhere.
