With that said, the room is actually very decent. It looks like. They have DirecTV, and internet. The A/C works. The fridge and microwave work. I felt pretty safe on the property. And the staff we very pleasant. The only truly big downside was there wasnt any hot water at 6am. It wasnt cold per se. But I also wouldnt call it warm. It wasnt torture taking a shower. But I certainly wouldnt have stayed in longer than necessary. Other not so big of a downside is theres a pool on the property thats cordoned off. It detracts from the building. The bed was more comfortable than I would have expected. The street noise wasnt too bad. The only real noise was from the A/C which was a bit loud. If you want a super cheap hotel, I'd actually recommend it. If I was travelling to the area by myself, I'm fine with it. If I was travelling with my wife, then it would be a hard pass.

My room was not cleaned during my 3days stay. I dont know if thats the policy but everything was great

Room was clean. Owner was nice. A/C was very noisy and took a long time to cool down the room once I turned it on, topped off by traffic noise. Refrigerator was unplugged and took forever to cool down our drinks. We stayed just one night so it wasn't that horrible.

It was available when we needed it. The smell was not great. Very outdated beds and everything about the rooms need updated. The bed was not comfortable at all. Sketchy area.

Bed was decently comfortable Top sheet was stained, holes in the wall, wall plug would practically come off the wall when unplugging my charger, no hot water

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked but was very loud, but we were tired and managed to sleep through it.

Convenience to where we’re going. On Route 66, the area was quiet. The room was dirty. Floor was not clean. Hair on the floor (not mine). Mattress was old and yellowed, pillows were gross, bathroom light only worked part of the time. Large crack between the door and the frame.

Great value. The room was newly refurbished, clean and comfortable. Great for a quick stop on the way to LV. The facilities seem run down but inside is good enough! I wish there were small lamps.
