This is a horrible hotel. This is a horrible hotel. The staff is very rude. There’s bad bugs housekeeping does not clean and a lot of drug and prostitution

The roads were very spacious and comfortable I didn't like the fact that the guy in the front desk made us wait almost 3 hours after 12:00 to check in he was very rude, very disrespectful, and very unpleasant, he cursed me twice and told me I was rushing him after asking him what time our room would be ready when he told me we could check in after 12:00

Where to start??? First no HOT WATER. Went to the front and asked for a new room and was informed the whole place was "out" of hot water. The bed was so uncomfortable. The room was filthy. I will never stay here again or any sister location. We travel a lot and by far was this the worst place we have ever stayed. Hotel staff did not care either they stayed out front smoking weed most of the time. Where to start!!! 1st NO HOT WATER. Went to front and asked for a new room and was informed the whole place had no hot water currently. We were there for 2 nights and never got hot water. Front desk didn't care and acted like that was normal. NO REFUND OFFERED Or any other assistance for that matter. 2nd bed was horrible and uncomfortable. The room was filthy. I will never stay here again or any sister facility for that matter. We travel alot and by far was the worst place we've ever stayed. The hotel staff was to busy out front smoking weed to care.
