Not clean. Would not stay again.

The fact i came to check in yesterday for an 8 night stay and yall still havent relocated me after it CAUGHT FIRE.

Very unclean. Lights didn’t work. Rooms smelled like smoke.

Absolutely Nothing The first room they gave us was filthy. There was food on the floor, the lamps were broken and the room smelled awful. The second room they gave us, the toilet didn't flush, the room smelled of pee and looked like someone had peed in the corner, and we found what appeared to be empty penny size ziploc bags on the couch. The pictures on the website do not reflect the hotel rooms.

Price

The hotel provided an awesome experience. If anything was broken or needed fixing, the employees were quick to find a solution or assist with the issue. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I was very satisfied with the excellent service and hospitality.

No I love everything about the hotel. This exceeded my expectations!!

THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE AND SEEMED ANNOYED EVERY TIME I ASKED A QUESTION. HE WOULD SIGH OR TAKE A DEEP BREATH AS IF I WAS BOTHERING HIM. I BOOKED TWO ROOMS THROUGH A BOOKING SITE, BUT I RECEIVED CONFUSING INFORMATION ABOUT THE BEDS. FIRST, I WAS TOLD ONLY ONE BED WAS AVAILABLE, THEN I WAS TOLD SOMETHING DIFFERENT. THE INFORMATION KEPT CHANGING, WHICH MADE CHECK-IN STRESSFUL. ONCE WE GOT THE ROOMS, THE PROBLEMS CONTINUED. MY SHOWER DID NOT WORK, THE BLOW DRYER DID NOT WORK, AND THERE WAS A NOTICEABLE STAIN ON MY SHEETS. THE ROOM ALSO HAD A STRANGE, UNPLEASANT SMELL. THESE ARE BASIC THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED BEFORE GUESTS WERE GIVEN THE ROOMS. I DO NOT WANT TO JUDGE ANYONE WHO WAS THERE, BUT I PERSONALLY DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE, ESPECIALLY AS SOMEONE WHO IS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA. I REQUESTED A REFUND FOR THE SECOND NIGHT AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE $65 FOR BOTH ROOMS. HOWEVER, WHEN I CHECKED THIS MORNING, I SAW THAT I WAS ONLY REFUNDED FOR ONE ROOM. I WILL BE GOING BACK TODAY TO SPEAK WITH THEM AND REQUEST THE REMAINING REFUND!😡

Nothing The room had Holes in walls it was the nastest room we have ever stayed in.

I didn’t like anything,we did not stay. We left an hour into our stay. We tried to get our money back but the person left the desk and we could not locate him. The rooms were dirty, water on the floor and holes in the wall. I asked for my money back but I was told I had to go through booking. That places was definitely unsafe for me and my kids.

Fridge had bugs and mold. No shower curtain. Tub stained. Toilet not connected to wall. Floors dirty so much so that the bottom of my feet were almost black. Light switch didn't do anything in bedroom but bathroom worked. Bathroom outlet melted and didn't work. Vending machines empty. Laundry area had no washer/dryer. Pool, sauna, fitness center all our of order. Pool green. Didn't open or try the microwave. Bed made me itchy. Mildew smell in elevator. Lamp shades missing/torn. Drawers broken. Smoke detector on floor behind TV. Parking lot had lots of cracks and potholes. Seems like a nice place that fell into disrepair. Lots of beautiful plants and a nice fountain in lobby. Maybe there used to be a restaurant inside as well. Rooms are spacious. AC was cold.

New owner’s are taking over.so hopefully it be better

The place was in very ill repair. Grass and bushes overgrown. Lighting in the parking lot was non existent and cares were parked infront of loading and unloading all night The pool was literally green, grass growing through the cracks all around pool wit a sign that said “NO ENTRY” The glass elevator was so filthy you could barely see through it. The room was not clean at all, piles of dirt around the bed and in the kitchen. The mattress was atrocious, with signs of bed bug droppings in the mattress ( and no mattress cover) Refrigerator was also dirty. There were cloths in a pile on the shelf in the bathroom from previous guest (appeared to still be dirty) This was extremely unacceptable conditions. Left our key on the desk, never opened our suitcases and left. I have pictures of packing lot Fourier, elevator, and pool. I was not going back in the room. I feel the property misrepresented itself to Expedia and it customers.
