When I got there, no one was there to check me in and I needed to wait . The room seemed run down, there are no curtains . The toilet was broken. I literally only was able to stay one night before booking elsewhere

Was out of hot water for 3 days, other than that it was wonderful.

The lady at the front counter was very nice and knowledgeable

The room that was booked and marked ready was not even cleaned and prepared . The room and hotel stunk worse than a nasty old grease trap. unsavory characters in and out of the facility. There was crime and illegal drug usage on site. just scaryville !

Exceptional

We reserved two rooms with two beds in each room, but when we arrived, we were given a room with only one bed because the hotel was overbooked. We were not offered any partial refund or compensation, even though a one-bed room is typically cheaper than a two-bed room. The rooms were not up to standard. The sheets were filthy and covered in stains. To make matters worse, one of the beds appeared to have bed bugs. When I reported it to the front desk, I was shocked when they simply handed me clean sheets and told me they didn't have a housekeeper available. Seriously? My daughter ended up with what appear to be bed bug bites all over her body. As soon as we got home, we had to wash all of our clothing and belongings to make sure we didn't bring anything back with us. This experience was completely unacceptable. Between the dirty rooms, stained bedding, overbooking, lack of customer service, and possible bed bugs, I would never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel.

Nothing just clean the bathroom and towels because not stay room I left something somewhere. I didn't smell smoke and weed drugs I slept on the bed both sides of my nose other side of the room

The Hotel was pretty good, I had a good stay, ate watched TV and had a good rest!

i love the price for how many days we stayed and the location was good the hotel itself is better than the one that I was in before I came to this one

Nothing Nothing

The staff was sweet. Price was nice. Homeless camp next door. People doing drugs in parking lot. 1 person was passed out. We didnt stay due to their clients staying there

I think it was false advertising! Very unclean, no iron, only one wash cloth and towel, toilet nasty etc…. I honestly wouldn’t ever stay there again!

Nothing Had reservations and they was over booked and staff never checked to see if I had reservations also the staff was rude and the office smelled of weed

Lights was off the whole stay smelt like smoke people hanging out smoking in the hallways

Clean facility. Helpful staff.
