Tru By Hilton Baton Rouge I-10 East

Mattress was too firm for my liking but other than that it was excellent.

I have a service dog and this is the only hotel I trust that makes our stay so relaxing. No continuous knocks on our door causing my dog to bark. The cleanliness and breakfast make us feel welcome, every time. I will always choose Tru by Hilton on I-10 when in Baton Rouge.

We booked it because of the EV charger and after trying for an hour and then the staff tell you it’s been out for a couple of weeks. Had to drive and find a charger. Not happy

I would not stay again or would I recommend staying at a Tru by Hilton property.

Great service from day one to checkout. Staff were pleasant, helpful and beyond welcoming. Thanks for hosting a great place for my family for this weekend.

Everything was nice. Myesha was our host upon arrival, and she was extremely nice and accommodated us well. Definitely love staying at Tru.

They had a group of kids staying the night. All night long there was noise. At 11 PM I complained about the noise and they gave me a different room. The new room was worse with the noise from the surrounding rooms. At 12 AM complained again and I was told the area where my original room was quited down. Transferred me back to old room, could not transfer my key card, which if I left the room I would need the manager to re-enter. Noise continued near me until 2 AM and started back in at 6 AM. Complained at check out and they did nothing but say sorry. Absolutely horrible customer service.

We loved the room and the staff. We also loved the look of the entire hotel in and out.

It was close to where I needed to be, and I enjoyed the little bag with water and a snack. The walls are SO thin that we didn’t sleep due to our neighbors (teenagers) being so loud all night. We called the front desk about the noise, but nothing was done.

The hotel was accommodating to my dog and unlike other similar pet friendly hotels, didn’t smell like disinfectant. Right when I got in my room, I noticed the toilet was constantly running, as the flap in the upper tank needed replacement and wasn’t sitting right. So I had to listen to that. I also noticed an additional $20 charge on my card that wasn’t explained. I paid the $75 pet fee, and don’t believe I should’ve been charged that. I meant to ask the front desk, but I was in a rush.

Staff was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel was in a very convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and close access to the major interstate. The room was clean and spacious! N/A
