Good place to sleep on long trip. Room smelled like weed when I checked in. Offered to change rooms but I was too tired at that point. Got 6 hrs of sleep and was on my way. Water had odd smell and tastes (brushed my teeth with it ) Things were not perfect in the room but when your eyes are closed it doesn’t see to matter.

The check in staff was great. The room was clean. However, I wanted a non-smoking room and wasn't one available.

I need a refund from Expedia, Red Roof never received virtual payment. So I had to pay an additional $68 at red roof

If you going to book the room through Hotels.com make sure the transaction goes through with the hotel because when I arrived at 9:30 I had to wait 1 hour + in the lobby for them to receive confirmation from the app which they never received I end up canceling and leaving 11 pm trying to find another place . Very inconvenient no one is willing to find a fast solution the receptionist said it always happen when booking through the app even waiting 2 hours just to receive the confirmation I don’t know who’s responsible but for sure no one is willing to give you a solution.

The location was ghetto, the floors were nasty dirty, the sheets had stains all over them, the first smoking room we moved from there was literal bread crumbs on the bed and hard crunchy stuff on it... it just really wasn't a clean place.

NA Front door key and door did not work. Ice machine not convenient At least 6 flies and other insects in unit

The ac was properly working in my room. I requested another room that was just what I hoped for whenever staying at a hotel after hard few days of driving a truck across this country.
