This hotel and water park exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for a family of four. Having a separate room for the adults with a door, the kid bunk room with a door, and a separate living area was a huge plus.

We very last minute planned our 4th of July weekend and saw that this property had available rooms. We were shocked at how clean it was, the amenities, pool/waterpark, staff, etc. for the price we paid, especially on a holiday weekend. We are a family of four with kids 11 and 7. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a great water park! We loved being close to the waterpark and really enjoyed the hotel.

Room was nice, but bathroom is pretty small. Waterpark is great for younger kids, but they ran out of towels each day we visited. Proximity to local shops and restaurants was great

We liked the size of the room. The breakfast was good. We asked for more towels & got them right away. Staff was always nice.

Kids loved the waterpark. Best for those <12 yrs. No shoes allowed in the water park- not even flip flops. They make you pile the outside the door, near other rooms. I can’t imaging all the foot fungus that people get from this place.

Friendly staff ,nice accommodations, great place for the kids to stay and play in the water park area. We wish water was available with breakfast but we had to purchase it at the gift shop... that was the only thing we would like changed about our stay! Everything else was great!

Comfortable and spacious room. Good water pressure and wide variety of pillows to choose from. Breakfast was great with a diy parfait station, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and more to choose from. Water park is very clean and well run. Great options for littles and adults alike. Quiet rooms too.

Pleased with the staff interaction. Wish the waterpark had better hours for guests. If you stay, ask to be put on a different floor than the arcade or you’ll have kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the day and into the night.

My kids and I loved our stay here. We will be back! Clean hotel, great waterpark, and friendly staff.

Location of toilet paper roll -- had to reach way back to reach it. I took it off the roller and set it on the bathroom counter, as with shoulder issues was to hard to reach otherwise.

The Waterpark was amazing, breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Room was perfect.

Rooms were large and clean, staff were great. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The staff was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I was disappointed that the description of the property and amenities were not totally transparent. I had chosen Rapid River Lodge for the waterpark. I had young children and knew it would be fun for them to play in the water. At check-in I was told the waterpark is closed, they have limited days and hours. They called to another hotel and we had the inconvenience of loading up and drive there for a pool.
