Excellent location to access downtown eateries. Staff helped with decisions on things to see or do, based on their knowledge.. Excellent breakfast venue that really fills you up. Our room was quite comfortable and well kept. Really loved the work done in keeping the house in a state of period correctness - or as near as possible. Complimentary sweets and wine available. Wish I had a guide on how to operate the TV and what streaming service offered current programing, other than news stations. Bathroom could use brighter lighting. Difficult to see well enough for purpose of shaving. Did have a two view shaving mirror, but had to step away from sink to use it.

A last minute reservation the night before arrival! I can’t explain enough how beautiful this B&B is. And the owner and her staff even more beautiful! Gourmet breakfast for a king! Beautiful rooms, home, garden. Totally worth the price!

Absolutely superb! Splendid attention to details that enhance the guest experience. And very responsive to guest comfort. Marvelous breakfast. Despite vast experience staying in top hotels and B&Bs, never encountered anything quite like it. Management really got things right -- and should be retained to conduct classes for other B&Bs and even for 5* hotel managers! Stayed night before in Royal Park Hotel in Rochester and night after in Inn at Stonecliffe on Mackinac Island -- both 5* hotels. Neither quite matched Webster House. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

We love this place!!! This is our 5th stay and this occasion is for our 11th anniversary. We love all the rooms and breakfast is always different and delicious. Staff is friendly and wonderful to talk to.

Absolutely incredible experience across the board! 5 STARS!!!

We stayed on a Friday night. We self checked in as we arrived late. We were able to do this because the host communicated with us well beforehand about what to do. It was really easy. The pictures of the rooms don't do it justice. It is very nice. Our room was spacious. It had a jacuzzi tub and shower. Each room has a separate bathroom. There is a TV in each room. It is super quiet, another couple stayed there with us but we didn't know until the next morning when we met them at breakfast. The breakfast is top notch. We had crepes, cheese souffle, yogurt, bacon. It was all well worth it and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing experience, incredibly kind and helpful staff. Worth every penny if you are looking for an alternative to a hotel!!!

We absolutely loved every aspect of this B&B! From the easy check in to the beautiful room and house! Our host was friendly, informative and so welcoming! The breakfast and staff were outstanding! I will be back and highly recommend The Webster House to anyone!
