Super 8 by Wyndham Bay St. Louis

Toilet didn't flush after first time. Didn't want to leave a load in the toilet the next morning so I suffered all day until that night when it was working. Ice machine was broken at arrival and never working by the time I left....and my job required ice for my cooler to keep them cool in the all day heat....had to buy ice at a gas station.

Decent place to stay at a decent price. Nothing fancy but location is also great.

This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!

Good location. Not disgusting. Air conditioning did not work. Bathroom was a bit questionable. For the price it was decent.

The room needed a little repair, but it was very clean and the beds were so comfortable.

Plumbing dilapidated, poorly maintained. Floor sticky and dirty. I usually like hotels with Wyndham label, but not this one.

Great location, staff was friendly The breakfast was not very good

While the staff was good, and received our notes in a friendly manner, the facility was poor. The floors of our room were not clean. There was no shower curtain. The shower fixture was coming away from the wall. The ice machine was broken. The two available drink vending machines were sold out of any diet drink options.

Location. Comfort. Batteries in the TV remote were dead and the only thing you could do with the TV itself was turn it on and off the channel buttons on the TV itself didn't work ( late check in, upstairs on the far end so I did not call housekeeping / front desk to get batteries just wanted to watch the TV while the wife was taking her shower). Ice machine was busted look like it been that way for a while.

Great value Ice machine was broken

The room was very dated, and the bathroom was small and in need of repair with a loose toilet seat, and a loose toilet. shower head pipe moved in and out of the wall when trying to adjust the shower head that only came to my shoulders(I am 6 foot). The shower curtain rod was loose and the towel shelf/rack above the toilet had been moved up but old holes were still visible. The rack/shelf to hang your clothes on in the main area of the room was not level, very obvious and the sink vanity was extremely low, even my wife who is 5’5” had to bend down more than normal to use the sink. The faucet for the sink was even mounted on the vanity crooked. We came back to the room after dinner to find a giant cockroach waiting for us in the middle of our room. The reason I chose this hotel over the others was the breakfast that was included; well, it was disappointing. 2 types of cereal, Frosted Flakes or raisin brand. A pitcher of juice and a gallon of milk. Strawberry yogurt or you could make a waffle. The only coffee this hotel carries is regular, no decaf. Where are the powdered eggs at least. No meat or fresh fruit choice, not even complementary bottles of water. Good thing the Waffle House next door was there to take up the slack from this hotels disappointing breakfast. I felt like I over paid. This is a cheap road side hotel at best, the rooms are over priced. All in all, I will not stay there again.

to be honest, I did not expect much, and it surpassed all my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and everything worked, which is unusual for any motel. And the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was minimum, but okay. The room was an excellent value. no negatives

Location Room not clean. Just a run down feel to the motel. Tried to put my wife in a smoking room. Then stuck her All the way down on the end. Will not stay again. We know it is not the Motel‘s fault but the Gnats and mayflies were everywhere.

Room had a very musty smell. Bedding was minimal and had to ask for extra blankets. Cleaning staff through away our personal drinks and did not leave towels and wash clothes. Ice machine was broken and the breakfast was minimal.
