Crystal Inn - Garth Rd

People out on chairs in front of their rooms. Drinking, smoking cigarettes and pot. The smells were in my room. No mirrors in the room. Loud music played until midnight.

The woman at the front desk was very rude . I had to wait almost 2 hours until I can check in because she claim she couldn’t find my reservation

The ice machine doesn’t work in the vending machine and soda machine does not accept tap. You have to have cash or a dollar bills only.

this one of the best so far Crystal inn I stay in better than , 5511 decker rd.

The toilet didn’t work in the room the water pressure was so low in the sink, then the front desk person argued with me about not paying for my room and ignored my receipt that I showed her and the proof of the check out date and she proceeded to make me wait. Horrible definitely won’t go back.

Kitchen everything was good & the room was being cleaned daily

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk lady was so rude as well. It was distrusting and disgusting. My door was open as if someone got in on purpose and the whole property smelled like piss.

Has mold in all the rooms

We had a roof over our head Every day for 3 weeks the vent went off and woke and my daughter up even on work nights

Was real good for family and friends

Only bad thing was remote wasn't functioning properly

Did not have a mirror in the bathroom area, NO Cable, no working microwave

manager is the worst rude for no reason i mean she was horrible. she asked me how to spell my name when she had my ID i spelled it she asked again i thought she was trying to verify my identity or if something was off so i asked after 1st time if something was wrong she just jumped all over me like i am suppose to know she got bad eyes. I misplaced my liscense and walked past here and just said did i leave my license at desk again she was liek dont ask me check with person at desk even though she checked me in and would know. th eice machine didnt work and the couch in room was dirty and people were in chairs outside there rooms a lot a bunch of people must live their

They.kicked me out and banned me for filing Expedia complaints when I had proof for all damages my wifi also was assaulted and they did nothing about it .. lawsuit is in effect for negligent security and premises liability
