Rooms spacious and well kept. The water pressure in the shower, however needs to be addressed. Everything else was on point.

I waited on breakfast until 6:26. No food at all. I had to leave then. I was told 6 to 9 AM.

Horrible customer service. I was disgusted to open the nightstand and find condoms instead of a Bible or city info.

The location in the area of the hotel is very great ,very convenient to just hop on and off the road however, as clean as the place is, there was no Wi-Fi. I tried calling the front desk to notify all of a sudden they just stopped answering the phone, I even went up there to the front desk to address the situation they basically shrug me off, not a care in the world for their customers. Several other people also walked up to the front desk as well we all had got the same response! I am a student so me being in a place with Wi-Fi is an important necessity to have currently. Also, I would just like to add in that the only entertainment that that’s there is the TV and it’s a good TV. It is a fire stick TV so when there’s no Wi-Fi, basically there is no TV to watch! The best was comfortable in the place was very clean. The cleaners was very friendly, but the front desk was very rude. Whenever problems was to arrive!

It was a clean, comfortable bed, staff was helpful place to stay. Very basic breakfast was a hostess danish, no coffee, gap in the door and tiles on the room floor lifting. If you want a basic room to sleep it’s good.

This was a pretty bare bones hotel. There was nothing inherently wrong with the place, but the many 5 star reviews were misleading. It was kind of my own fault, you get what you pay for.
