Room was clean. The AC was very good

Hotel is clean and well kept the gentlemen at check in isn't very friendly and there is not breakfast

This was a pretty bare bones hotel. There was nothing inherently wrong with the place, but the many 5 star reviews were misleading. It was kind of my own fault, you get what you pay for.

No Room available and could not cancel my reservation, LOSS MONEY

Always a nice and quiet place to stay. Shopping is nearby for everything you need. The staff is always helpful and very nice. Great place to stay.

upon check-in, the room was very nice. It was very clean. however, the problem began the next morning with the staff. I had originally read the reviews that said that the property was clean and nice. It got a lot of stuff recommendations in that way however the reviews did state others had issues with the staff but I thought we would only be there for one night to sleep. they were extremely rude, not helpful, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. The other problem is that they listed amenities on booking.com is that they have a pool and free breakfast. There is no pool and the breakfast is prepackaged muffins, and bottles of water. This does not qualify as "breakfast" When the staff was being extremely rude, I decided to try and call corporate to file a complaint. at which time corporate informed me that this is a franchise, and the individual property is owned by an individual and not them and they have no control whatsoever the franchisee. Thankfully, I booked through booking.com booking.com while they could not fix the problem. They offered us a refund and found us another place to stay. The staff was rude. There's no pool and the breakfast is just prepackaged muffins and honey buns.

I’ve stayed here countless times but this time the shower water pressure wasn’t good hard to take a shower In the room and the flooring in the bathroom was coming up by the shower as well first time I’ve ever had a problem
