Hilton Garden Inn Houston-Baytown

The grounds and lobby were excellently maintained. We were greeted and checked-in by a friendly receptionist. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The only ding on the whole enchilada was some dead landscaping around the perimeter, otherwise, top marks!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life dirty room and the receptionist took me to 4 other rooms and all were sickening dirty. I didn’t spend a night there and they still charged me for 3 nights. Purchase the refund availability to get your money back

The room was clean. Very classy environment and the food was good. Parking was easy and staff was helpful.

Long drive and I arrived slightly early. Diya helped getting room for me and in status of travel program.

I thought the breakfast was included, but it wasn't so I didn't eat any breakfast at the hotel. Please let people know why booking the room, that breakfast isn't included. My room was clean, comfortable, the staff was nice and the room was a good size. The hotel was very quiet, nicely decorated and very clean.

Room was very clean but we had a problem with a very loud air conditioner, they moved us to another room, even louder, then they basically told us to just deal with it. I had to use noise canceling ear buds to sleep

Everything was great! Breakfast was a little confusing in the way it worked because they serve you the buffet and it didn’t get as cold as I liked in the rooms but those were minor things. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The front desk both day and night were amazing!
