Always love extended stay America beds and staff make the stay for me

I missed seeing Trent this visit but he's always so kind and willing to help great group of guys working the desk at this hotel

Alex seems to be the leader of the team and he does a great job they really like him and all speak so highly of him but most of all he'll do whatever he can to help a guest

No issues with parking or the facility and "Kenneth" not Richard as I previously called him... Is always so patient and friendly as I usually come in in the evening and he's there but everyone including the housekeeper's are always very friendly

As always beds are very comfortable, staff is always present and helpful it's refreshing I've seen Alex the assistant manager helping the housekeeper's strip rooms many times to lighten their load and the amount of team work that goes into keeping a nice hotel but it is just one of the things we love about staying h

The rooms are clean, they provide you with everything you need for an extended stay and best of all the s staff is very friendly I know them all by name, Alex can be seen helping the housekeeper's clean rooms and that says allot from a Manager! Would highly recommend you stay here and the beds are very comfortable

Today Tiffany checked us in I believe she just started working here but she's very friendly was very attentive and helped with all of our needs I'm so glad she joined the already very friendly staff they have here, we stay and renew here primarily because of the staff and the facility is clean and meets all e our needs and it really helps that the beds are so very comfortable!

No cable or Wi-Fi almost 2 days. No breakfast at all 3 days. Was clean and comfy beds

Overwhelming smell of Mildew and Marijuana in lobby. Rooms were better but still smelled like of damp moldy towel. Kitchenette does not include any flatware or cooking items. No breakfast provided.

Lost my key and Richard was at the desk very late at night and I didn't have to wait as you do at some hotels if you stop in late and he was excited to help and I felt so bad for it being so late so I really appreciated that!

Every visit is a quick easy check in and as always Alex made it quick and easy and the housekeeper's are always so very friendly

Alex, Trent and Richard were all very helpful my stay has been extended for several days and they have made it so easy and are all very friendly! Great place to stay and very family friendly

I was checked in by the manager Ashley whom was very helpful and upheld the level of professionalism that matched the properties atmosphere, definitely made me feel like I chose the right place to stay

Richard was there in the evening and made sure the property was safe and well kept!
