Studio 6 Baytown, TX - Garth Road

Apparently the manager had issues with a customer that was staying on the property and somehow my room number got thrown into it when I don't even know the people or the manager have never even met the manager spoken with the manager not one time and now I'm being told that I have to leave the property because somebody said my room number when it wasn't even me I haven't spoken to the manager I'm very quiet to myself and I have no confrontations with anybody so this is a huge mistake however the other staff is being rude to me like if I did something and I'm lying about it and he's saying so what the manager is lying no that's not what I'm saying I'm saying it's human error and mistakes happen however let me speak to the manager in person and let me see him so that he could see that I was not the one that he talked to and therefore not kick me out and this is crazy

Thr telephones do not work! This is a safety issues for me being alone with another female and my husband doing chemo treatment in Houston. I'm from Texas but now a resident of Hot Springs Arkansas I came Home to be closer to family which staff harassed us the whole hour they came to eat and check on me in my room. Two women during a tropical storm possibly hurricane might lose power and knowing there is no phone is a major issue for me. Especially when the management staff won't let you have visitors. I had my two visitor for one hour. The staff was harassing people from 8pm till almost 10pm. He's knocking on doors asking me when my guest will leave, while we are eating whataburger and not bothering anyone. Staff also brought his office phone to me because so stranger called asking for room 215 wanted to know if her boyfriend was in there. Okay my brother and uncle stopped by since I am here to visit family.they are leaving and the management staff gives me the phone office phone and walks off. He has no idea who's on the phone who I am but he's so concerned with who my company is. I watched him sleep half the night in the office not paying attention to anyone coming and going while my family was told to leave he has no idea who is on the property at 3am while he sleeps on the clock .930am neither Randy the owner or Rusty is not here.. Guest coming and going. Very unacceptable. . The housing laws or maybe the better business bureau will get a call.

The outside and the actually building looks a mess makes you not want to stay there

Room was clean, staff was great. There was no coffee pot in the room, as advertised. Light in the bathroom area was hanging with bare wires, but worked ok. (I snapped a pic of that). My biggest complaint was the people in the next room fighting 2 nights in a row at 3am. They were LOUD. Other than that, it was ok, and beds were really comfortable. I left for the day, and came back to fresh towels and clean room. That was nice. 😀

When I was trying to check into my hotel that was under my name and card my fiancee forgot his ID because we do not live in Texas, the front desk did not let me check into my room because they wanted his ID. This has never happened to me before and I’ve stayed at multiple hotels. I stayed here before and loved it but that was not right.

The staff is great. The service is great. The privacy is great. I actually really enjoyed my stay and the price is so affordable. I just wish the pool had been accessible as well as coffee and washer/dryer as advertised

Remote and microwave didn't work. Maintenance accommodated this. Large fridge but no pots or pans. No coffee pot or coffee in lobby. Pool out of service. Laundry out of service. Oh and roaches on fridge and one on bed i saw AFTER I woke up.

Just wish pool was open.

Great place to stay. The only thing not good was the pool. Is closed at the moment and it does not look like it will open for this summer.

Room was clean and in good shape but property was tough parking lot was tough trash dumpster corral was falling apart gates wrere falling spart all buildings had paint falling off all doors to rooms were peeling about 30% of their paint no landscaping at all if my grankids had been with me i never would have gone to my room but when i went in room was neat clean and i could even smell room had been cleaned bathtub toilet and sink were shining so employees are doing a great job with what they have to work with ownership needs to do their part and clean up the property

My house is being worked on so I booked a few days at Motel 6, they did not finish so I had to extend my stay, 3 times. Staff was very helpful and double check for me to make sure they got the new booking and they kept me in the same room for the most part. (The first time I had to extend the stay, my room type was not available so we had to move rooms.) The rooms are clean and comfortable, the AC works like is new, the their refrigerator is amazing. Sadly the pool is closed at the moment. The building is old but is obvious they keep up with it.

Was told we couldn’t check in until after 7pm, cancelled my reservation and now I’m having to fight with Booking.com to try to get at least some of my money back. I will never use this motel or Booking.com again

TV didn't work half the time, pool always closed, and our room smelled like weed the whole 4 nights we were there ,terrible experience
