Very clean. Outdoor pool was lovely & warm. Open till 10pm. Breakfast very good too. Staff helped with anything we needed. They provide separate towels for the pool too.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. It is always very clean. The rooms are refreshed, and not some old stale smell when you arrive. The bathtub and toilet are sparking clean, and I wasn't worried about catching something by using them . The AC works great. The showers have excellent water pressure. The bed linens are clean, and there is no left over hair all over the place when you rase the cover. This will be my go-to spot each time I'm in Baytown needing a place to stay. I love it. The staff is also very professional, and helpful. The parking lot is lit up very well with lighting, and there are restaurants in walking distance across the parking lot. Nothing. There is nothing that I "didn't like". I liked everything, really. I've tried thinking of something to say, but I can't think of anything. There is nothing that I "didn't like" about my stay at this hotel.

My phone did not work. I was offered a different room. But all I wanted was a working phone. The microwave did not work either but theu replaced it with a new one.

It was so amazing clean smell real nice and real pretty when I didn't like what I did like What I didn't like walking up the stairs they need room downstairs and the restroom need to be a little bit bigger the door to where you shower and use it is the toilet
