607 Bay Inn Downtown Beaufort

Loved staying in this remodeled old home, right on the water. Everything is so convenient, we didn't have to move our car once, we walked to Everything. The staff was helpful and friendly!

Our room was on the 2nd Floor with no elevator, but we made it (age 70+) with our luggage with relative ease. Parking was free and easy. The room was well appointed, clean and cool (during an extreme heat wave). The location is walking distance from shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. Kristen and all of the other staff were pleasant and engaging! We’ve stayed at several other Beaufort hotels but this may be our new favorite!

All was good except the sound. He heard the neighbors all too well

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. The view of the bridge from the front was amazing. The breakfast vouchers were great. Thank you.

Too much cost for too little. The bed room was average size. There was too much security with 7 digit codes required on each the outside and the room doors. This place should reduce its fees.

Staff was great...there was no breakfast but there was a voucher for nearby place.. perfect location...beautiful building. Room could have been a little larger for the price...thats really the only thing.. tv could have internet TV...

The parking was right behind the Inn. It was one block from shopping and dining. We had a great view from the seating on the front porch.

Loved this place for a great overnight stay on our way back home. Very clean and quiet and location was perfect to walk to a great restaurant The Saltus River Grill. We look forward to come back for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend 👍

Very lovely place to stay in Beaufort right across from a private little bench on the intercostal. Staff were friendly but not pushy, easy check in and out, clean beautiful historic rooms and property.

We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!

We were welcomed on arrival by Kristen who walked us through everything we needed to know about the beautiful mansion and showed us to our room. There was always someone there day and night if there were any concerns which made us feel very secure. Our room was beautiful the house well-maintained, and we had access to the communal veranda with a wonderful view of the water and bridge. We were within walking distance of Main Street, which included all shops and restaurants plus the beautiful historic district, which is wonderful to walk through. There is a communal kitchen on both the first and second floor, providing us with essentials such as a refrigerator for drinks, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee, tea, and snacks. We will be returning for sure!

This place was the perfect stop on my way to Hilton head. I absolutely love Beaufort and the Inn is right on Bay St across from the river. My room was airy, and comfortable. The deep porch provided a lovely place to just chill, read and sip a cocktail before I turned in for the night. I will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We were greeted by Madison who was the perfect start. All staff were welcoming, to room was excellent and location could not be better.

Location and friendly people

Related to the inn itself, everything was perfect! The location, the parking, the size and cleanliness of the room, the amenities, the furnishings, the bathroom, and the...(trumpets!!)... front porch, were all so pleasant! A very memorable stay!

I liked the location for convenience to the annual Gullah Festival and waterfront. The bed was comfortable but the need to change out the pillows is a must because the filler was in bug balls and required constant shaking for comfort. Parking- great. Convince to shopping and restaurants- great
