Located in historic Central Beaufort less than 1 mile from the Waterfront Park, this Inn offers a daily homemade breakfast. Built in 1864 and featuring antique decor, guests can relax on the spacious veranda. Rooms at the Rhett House have a fireplace and access to the veranda. Each classically decorated room is equipped with cable TV, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Guests of the Rhett House Inn can explore Beaufort by taking advantage of the free bicycle hire or going on a horse and carriage historic tour. A full southern breakfast is served each morning. The staff here go way above and beyond. The place has tons of character and is well adapted with modern amenities. Great location also. We left before we could try the breakfast, but the homemade desserts they put out in the evening were outstanding!

Stayed there during the Beaufort Water Festival and had a challenge with my wife's arrival that was going to cause me a few headaches. I explained my situation to Jeanette who was checking me in and she went above and beyond to instantly solve and was so kind and gracious while doing it. This place defines Southern Charm and Hospitality. Will stay here again for sure!

The Rhett House is someplace you need to stay at in Beaufort, built in the 1800's and very well kept up with modern times....The Rhett House offers charm and beauty to downtown Beaufort...Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!! I would suggest Room #3!!

The staff was absolutely wonderful from check-in to breakfast the next morning . to have the opportunity to stay in a beautiful historic home is always exciting. Would highly recommend. Stairs. You just have to know in advance that an old house like that is gonna have lots of stairs in the low country.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rhett House Inn! The breakfast was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were beautiful, unique, and full of charm. We’d definitely stay here again!

A gorgeous inn, beautifully restored. We stayed in a separate house, adjacent to the Inn. Equally beautiful with generous proportions. The staff were fantastic and gave us lots of advice, not just about the area, but for the rest of our trip, which was invaluable. Highly recommended. Nothing.
