The front desk clerk is very dedicated. Room served its purpose. Breakfast was convenient. Price was reasonable. Guest next door was smoking

The location The amount of outlets in the rooms were absurd. The one that was behind the bed was hard to get to so we ended up using the ones by the door that were in the lamps.

Location The door (we spent 30 minutes trying to get in) the front desk said that the battery was dead and on top of that we have to almost kick the door to opened , the people next door was loud (arguing at midnight) and the smell was strong, the hotel needs a renovation .

They were out of milk both mornings and had a grocery store right nextdoor. Lot of late night noises. The police were present on property more than once. The beds were hard, wore out. Trash was everywhere in the shrubs. I'll not make that mistake again. New management.

The room itself and the dining area were clean. The hotel was extremely noisy with groups of teenagers or young adults partying until 3am. The elevator and hallway were filthy. The separate check in building seemed to operate apart from where the guests stayed. When we arrived kids were running through the hotel and we thought they would eventually settle, but it seemed like the hotel was party central as the volume and chaos outside only increased. One staff member would not let us check in early (at 1pm) even though the hotel clearly was not full. She told us to come back at 4. We arrived at 3 and a different staff member let us in.

The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly. The room could’ve been cleaner. There was pubic hair on the bathroom floor, and the toilet had a metal streak running down it. The baseboards & floor needed to be vacuumed. The TV remote didn’t work & I had to manually change the channels & volume

The breakfast offering was better than many other hotel stays. Facility was really in poor shape with a major need for renovations and updates!!! Rooms had stained lamp shades on every lamp. Cleanliness was tolerable but could have been much better.

Nothing is nasty I do not recommend this hotel to stay

Nothing I didn’t even stay there. I didn’t feel safe or welcome at all. I was scared to even walk alone there. There is garbage Ans urine smells in the stairwells and people milling about at all hours. The lady at the desk was yelling at someone.

We didn't try the breakfast. The location was convenient. The bed was terrible, we didn't sleep the two nights we stayed. The property was disgusting. At one point, a man peed on us from the 4th floor. The elevator only worked part time, trash everywhere, people doing drugs in the parking lot. We will not be staying here again.

Had to go to Beaufort for my sons marine bootcamp graduation. I LOVED the location. And the breakfast was pretty decent. This place is perfect for anyone on a budget!

The staff was awesome! There was a dead roach in my room, the lamp shades were stained. Room had a funny smell.

The location was very good in relation to Parris Island which was our destination. The room wasn’t very clean. There was a dust ball hanging on the wall above the bed; the bathroom had only a few sheets of toilet paper on the roll & no extra. We had to go to the desk for a roll. The refrigerator wasn’t very secure.
