My shower head leaked all night.

I found the staff attentive and helpful.. with the exception of one young woman who was arguing with another staff member upon my arrival she was very disruptive, and the conversation should’ve been held in private

Where to start? AC in the main areas had water dripping from the vents all over the lobby area. No AC at all in the gym, and they didn't bother to set up fans in the gym to help alleviate the heat and humidity (82° in the gym is not acceptable). We had 10 folks, ages 64 to 70, staying for a HS gathering. 6 rooms. One room was found with pizza on top in the fridge when they checked in. Another room found water all over the floor in the bathroom the morning before check out. The gym had no water available and when the front desk was asked, they said maybe someone would bring some in later because it was the weekend. We saw a family asking if the pool was open at 3 pm. The front desk was very put off to open the pool, it was suppose to be open at 10am. The prepaid breakfast was closed our last day because they didn't have anyone to cook. It made it tough to say the stay was enjoyable. We expected more from a Hilton. We chose Hilton for their reputation and the expectation that if something was wrong, they would go above and beyond to fix it. Not this Hilton. Very disappointed.

No vending machine options, only the overpriced hotel pantry and no free breakfast

I booked mainly because of the 11 am checkout time but housekeeping came knocking on my door twice at 945 & 950 am, just as I was getting dressed. I specifically asked for a quiet room location & they put me next to the stairwell + put a heavy footed person in the room above so it was not at all quiet. There was a dead palmetto bug on the floor that I had to dispose of. Otherwise it was okay-the bed was relatively comfortable & there was a good Keurig coffee make so I was glad I had my own good coffee k-cups with me.

room was very comfortable, bed and pillows were comfortable. Facility was very nice. Only disappointment was the breakfast offering. Most places have at least a continental breakfast. Very limited selection there and charging $10 for that.

I went to get coffee prior to the 7am window for breakfast. I went up to look at the menu at the restaurant and the cook screamed at me. Stating they don't open till 7am. Which I knew. I just wanted to see the menu. I went back at 7:10am to grab something to eat prior to getting on the road to drive South. Was simple going to make a bagel and leave. Long drive ahead. The cook screamed at me again that there was a charge. When I checked in, the receptionist stated breakfast. Not once did she say there was a fee. Continental Breakfast $10. No bagel is worth $10!!!!

It's at a great location, there's a restaurant/bar in the lobby which is convenient. The bed is comfortable. The products in the bathroom smell amazing.

Very nice accommodations!

Location was fine. Lots of parking available. Booked a king room but was told when I arrived it wasn’t available. Very hot inside. Uncomfortable bed.

The fire alarm came on around 12:30 am on 09/03/26 and rang for 5+ minutes

It’s ok to stay there, hotel has some infractions but overall it’s fine; friendly staff

The price tag did NOT match the outdated room. It wasn't even a busy weekend. I'm from there so I know that it is an older hotel but dang it is pricey. The pool was small and one family with 4 kids and 2 adults took up the whole pool.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly.

Closeness to the Marine base. I reserved a king room because of medical issues I have, and was given a queen instead. Very upset that I reserved 2 rooms and ended up not needing the second one because we could have all fit in the one queen room. Waste of $550 because you couldn't give me the room I reserved almost 2 months in advance. Also there was black mold surrounding the thermostat on the wall, and water pressure is zero since the water dripped out of the shower head.

Gas issue with no hot water but was resolved, no hot breakfast the next morning and coffee was empty. Then a super loud alarm went off with no explanation given.

Location, pool, and gym Limited channels

We were there for Marine graduation and had a wonderful stay. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Came in very late on the 26th and the person working the desk was just wonderful. Wish I’d gotten her name.

The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety. We went to the restaurant across the parking lot. The only thing I would suggest is some kind of musty smell deodorizer for the air conditioner. I used my antiperspirant spray due to the fact there was a strong musty smell when the air conditioner came on.
