SpringHill Suites by Marriott Beaufort

My partner and I feel the room didn’t get cleaned before we checked in. There was hair all over the bathroom and room, used Q-tips in the bathroom trash can and dirt still on the shower floor. We were so uncomfortable that we ended up checking out super early.

I’ve stayed here many times and loved the place. This trip however was night and day. I had two queen beds but only two towels in the room. My buddy didn’t even have soap in his room. I stayed 4 nights and not once did they come into my room to clean. Really hope this is not the quality going forward.

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Amenities were impeccable! Would highly recommend.

We would stay here again, but there were a few things that could use improvement. There was an old sock left in the room from a previous guest. The conditioner in the shower was empty. And there were just three towels in the room which had two beds plus a pullout couch, so more towels would have been good.

The bed was absolutely terrible and my back is still recovering. Staff was amazing!

We had a pinning ceremony on base and asked for an early check in . The GM was onsite and offered us a different room type and was to accommodate. Definitely went up and beyond . Very much appreciated . Was a great stay ….

We love the location and usually have a great experience here. However, this time, the room was pretty run down. The blackout curtains were cracked and broken, pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable and bathroom towels were very threadbare. Just seems like they need to do some updates to the linens and rooms.

It was a quick and easy check in. (5 mins) My room was prepared and he was knowledge of my reservation! The staff was amazing! Great location, the room was extremely comfy and huge actually! We truly enjoyed staying here! Will be back this summer!

The hotel seemed new and the room was clean. However, there were two issues. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed and the bathroom floor was very wet after a shower. I had the thermostat on 60, the air never cut off and it was never really cool in the room. Front desk staff were great!

We stayed here for one night and let me just say we will not be returning. The first room we were given, was so hot and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily, the gentleman at the front desk moved us to another room. The AC in that room was much better, but the room was absolutely disgusting. Cleaning is not their strong suit!! There was old wrappers in all the corners, the shower liner was covered in mildew and everything was just grimy looking. By this point, we were so exhausted that we just decided to crash for a few hours and ended up checking out at 3 AM. A little more time and attention to the rooms would go a long way.

Good, clean hotel with close access to downtown. Breakfast was also good.

Everything was perfect for our 3 night stay. Spacious clean rooms, accommodating staff and very good breakfast.

Very nice large room for 3 guests with sofa.

Everything worked well . Sliding glass divider between work station and bedroom made noise each time you walk past it . That was annoying . Bedside table and work desk were very dusty .

It was ok, but there were a few things in our room that were a little dirty still. Seems like the cleaning staff was in a hurry

Beautiful, clean, very spacious rooms.
