Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beaufort at Highway 21 by IHG

Clean hotel. Both the hot tub and pool were closed. Advertises a bar but it is a non alcoholic bar which should have been clarified in the website. Friendly helpful staff

Great staff I just didn’t use the amenities …

Currently no liquor license, but excellent cuisine!

Breakfast was hot and good. There were a great variety of foods. I don’t have any complaints because for me this place was great!

If I had known the pool was being refurbished I’d have booked another place. I found out way later you could go to hotel next door I guess and use their pool. I will definitely be back to this hotel though!

Great Hotel Stay

Very friendly professional staff. Very helpful with a problem in our room. We went to our room and we noticed the fire sprinkler was dripping water. We called someone came up quickly and we were moved to another room

Staff was amazing. Room was clean and nice with an amazing view. Only had one elevator working so the wait time tended to be long but other than that it was wonderful

Booked specifically for access to the indoor pool and hot tub advertised on Google and Expedia. Found out upon arrival the pool has been closed for renovations since 2022. Just wish this would have been disclosed on the website prior. Not that the staff can help what is being done in rooms, but for the first two days of our stay, the entire floor reeked of marijuana- which is not a great problem to encounter when you are traveling with 3 young kids. While the property was clean and the staff was kind, I did not feel the cost was worth the stay

The hotel cleanliness was great. Our room was clean except for the mental door stripping that was not properly secured to the floor and my family member hit her toe on it. I immediatly took pictures and showed the pictures of the mental door stripping to the staff. They immediately called maintenance to fix the problem. I am thankful my family member didn't have to seek medical attention after hitting that metal stripping. The continental breakfast was good and there was plenty of choices to choose from. The staff was friendly & professional. Was looking forward to swimming in the pool but it was inoperable. However, Hilton next door allowed us to use their pool that was nice. I would stay there again especially if the venue I am going to is only 6 minutes away.

Indoor pool has been closed anytime I’ve been staying there… AC didn’t work in the room when we arrived, took about an hour to get moved to a new room. Both the front door was jammed to the new room and the bathroom door didn’t work well at all.

Daytime check in staff was less than helpful, and quite rude. The afternoon check in staff, Tiffany, was delightful. The waitress for breakfast was super sweet, and the breakfast buffet was adequate. We will definitely not be staying here again, just because of our experience with the day shift check in.

Staff was superb. Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was not included.
