This place is not A 1 but I like the fact they helped me out and was very understanding. They were patient and even gave me time to fix my issue. They are trying to renovate slowly but surely. The room was decent and clean and most important the A/C worked. Will be renting from them again. Oh yeah friendly staff

It was pretty cheap for the week my husband and I had to stay in Beaumont The room had water roaches, not a big issue since we carry bug spray from experience living out of hotels, and the room had no remote

There is construction going on but Google Maps got me there with no problem. It's not the nicest looking place but the room was cold, it smelt fabulous, everything worked I was very pleased for the price. I'll definitely stay here again.

I didn't know there was breakfast. The check in lady was awesome. She was very nice. She did a great job The mirror above the sink was too short for me. As well as the nozzle for the shower. And I'm only 6'2". The room had a hard time keeping the cool air inside the room. Because the seal around the door was loose.

It was run down and gross and rooms looked very small and cluttered, I did not stay. The parking lot had trash everywhere and homeless people fighting In the parking lot and I did not feel safe staying so I did not stay All of it was unacceptable

It looked like an abandoned hotel when first entering you could tell there was a lot of very questionable traffic and all in all it wasn't a good visit to the city or the hotel.

I got there around 9:00 p.m. and the clerk was very rude, and she sent me all the way to the back where the rooms were really dirty and there was practically no cars in the parking lot other than mine, the door did not have a lock and the control to the TV was not working the room looks like it has not been mopped in a while for a couple bucks more I could have got a better hotel really on satisfied with this place
