Very damp and humid - with a musty smell. Super thin walls and other guests were so loud we almost needed to move rooms in the middle of the night. Front desk was helpful but other than that we would not stay here ever again.

Clean room great breakfast and staff was very nice

You really need to slam the door in order to be sure it closed properly, this was the first and last time we stayed in this hotel.

I was a bit unsatisfied and wanting at least a partial refund. My first room had what looked like mold spots on the floor by my bed because they didn’t clean up after guest spilled something. It was explained they one move beds to clean under and around it once a month. That’s unsanitary and ridiculous. I was moved but the bathroom smelled mildewed because there was a leak from the third floor. The wall and ceiling had mold. The gym had only two working pieces of equipment out four. It was so dirty and cobwebs everywhere. The breakfast was just toast. Scrambled eggs, cereal, and sausage links. There was coffee and juice but they didn’t refill the juice every morning, just let it run out. The hallway on my floor smelled like food everyday and it made me feel sick. Whoever the owner is, is cheap and is not taking care of the place. The tables in the room by the windows all have paint chipping at the bottom. It was horrible.

The reviews and photos are deceiving and the staff is beyond rude.

Had to wake up the clerk to resupply the breakfast on Saturday morning. But she was wide awake on Sunday morning. First clerk when I arrived was very cheerful. Second clerk. Too drowsy. Lots of graffiti on the inside of the elevator doors

The property was very clean especially the rooms
-
Bed mattress was well warn lumpy and hard window shades not working properly ac very load but not so loud tku couldnt hear the outside traffic. Shower pressure was low and no place to hang the shower wand

Room was big enough for our family of four and did not feel crowded. AC worked okay due to only blowing cool air and the room feeling muggy/damp you could feel it on your skin getting sticky as if sweating. But after driving 13 hours and with two infants being fussy from being their car seat, we just wanted somewhere to sleep. So if it’s for a few hours of rest after a long drive and a cheap stay, I’d definitely book again but for a long weekend family stay I would not stay here.

Secluded but conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Rooms are as pictured, with cold, lots of parking spaces and I liked a lot that there was no carpet in the room. Great price for the room.

The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful, and the room itself was clean. Some areas had been updated and others are due for updating, such as the elevator - it had vinyl wrap that was peeling and had been graffitied. That’s purely aesthetic and didn’t actual bother me but could be a problem for other customers. The only real disappointment was the breakfast - it was really limited and all the baked goods seemed old and stale. We ended up checking out without eating since it didn’t look to be fresh or good quality. Overall I would stay again if I really needed a basic budget hotel, but I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a nicer experience.

Not much sadly. I booked last minute and paid for 2 nights. After the dirty room, the tv in a place you can’t see from the bed, too small shower.and the hairdryer catching fire , I couldn’t stay the second night. I asked for a refund for the 2nd night snd was refused.

I was just about to leave my room when at 10:50 A.M. the front desk called to ask me if I was going to leave my room on time. Are you kidding? I have been staying in hotels for 20+ years and that has never happened before. No sense of customer service at all. And why have a 'gym' at all if you are going to close it a 9?

Nisa was awesome at the front desk. The property was not what we expected. It was a little more worn down than pictures led to the breakfast was subpar at best

Roaches in the room, staff wouldn’t give enough towels, staff walked in my room without permission & unannounced, and staff tried to stop me from walking into the building as if I was trespassing. Never staying there again & would definitely not recommend it!
