GARBAGE!! PLEASE remove the hotel from Hotels.com if they are truly “first come first serve”. We as customers expect our reservations to be honored but mostly for our time and money NOT to be wasted

Original room ac didn't work, got moved to a second room that the toilet didn't work. Was always out of towels, and couldn't get new ones until after 10 the next day. Oh and they have roaches!!

Nothing was liked. The room I was given had the bathroom unclean. There was poop in it. A non smoking room that was smoked in. The second room had the toilet broken ended up sleeping in my car.

I had a place to go but it wasn't at all what I booked online. Nothing was as advertised on the Booking.com website. The hotel didn't even look like the picture on the website. I needed handicap accessible rooms. And they weren't available. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. They weren't available either. I booked that location because in the amenities it said they had an elevator. The guy that checked us in said they've never had an elevator. I was literally ready to sue the property for false advertisement. My entire family has challenges with our mobility and the rooms we needed were on the 2nd floor and they lied about having an elevator. So comfort was definitely missing from our stat. The website for this property was all lies. Nothing that was advertised on the website did this property have. I was extremely dissatisfied. The only way I would stay there again would be if there was no other place to stay within a 30 mile radius of where I needed to be. The only good thing about that stay was the restaurant across the street. The Crazy Cajun. The food was good and the prices were good and the portions were great. I totally enjoyed to restaurant experience.

Leaving First room we got was dirty. Beds stripped, no clean towels, no bedding, trash overflowing every can. Went to desk, got another room. About an hour later we have an old DRUNK man beating on the door, claiming to be maintenance, accusing us of taking the smoke detector out of the wall, when I looked, it was in there and just loose from the connections. Mind you, this is after me and 5 others guests in the lobby were sent to uncleaned dirty rooms more than once. He was very rude,( the maintenance guy) and acted like we had been there (we were there maybe an hour at that point, and even threatened to call the police. I could tell he was DRUNK at 7pm, AT WORK!!! The smoke detectors were hard wired in, so I'm assuming he didn't notice that maybe the previous guests were probably trying to remove it then they probably realized it was wired in and left it hanging. He had no reason to come beating on the door an barge in my room. Due to his hostility we left immediately. Do not recommend this place to anyone

After purchasing my room I arrived and riom were sold out. The couple behind me said he was lieing. That he just dis his over night paperwork and will not check you in. Apparently the have delt with him before.

Front Desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but good. Room was clean and quiet. We checked in for 4 night stay for 2 adults and there was only one towel. I had to ask 4 separate times over the next two days for more towels and when I finally was walked to laundry to be given 2 one was still damp!

I love everything about this facility. The staff, area and cleanliness are always exceptional.

Nice inside. Room out in the back. With monstrous piles of trash outside. Non stop strolling Thugs passing by my window late into the night, making me fearful for myself and my vehicle. Questionable as to whether I'd stay there again.
