Room was clean, but a little old. A/C worded great. Hallway was hot and smelled. A cockroach found it’s way into our room

The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable. But the smell and cleanliness was not great. The shower felt like it was falling apart, lights were buzzing.

Gia at the front desk was amazing. The supervisor was very rude and not considerate of guests. He made Gia handle most of the workload and it was very frustrating to watch.

I love the staff. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is not free nor worth paying for.

Check in and out was very friendly, nice and fast. Everything was great. I didn´t take breakfast there. Parking was safe.

The room was clean, and the linens and toiletries provided were of good quality. The hallway was a bit dated and stained. I didn't try the breakfast (it wasn't complementary), but the other time I did try it, it wasn't very good because they were out of so many things during a holiday season.

Mold throughout the entire hotel. At least 2 entire floors were stripped of carpet and mold was all over the floors and walls.

Decently clean room, cold AC, how shower, no fuss check in, and comfortable beds. What more can a cheap hotel on I 10 outside a big city offer? Does the job well!

It was nice and clean.The staff was nice and helpful.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and smelled fresh. Although, We enjoyed the bed. The pillows were not so good. The location didn't have allot of dining or places to enjoy.
