We didnt stay there. We got to the stinky room, i immediately looked at the linen on the bed and they were dirty, stinky, and hair on the mattress, not 1 or 2, a bunch of small hairs. I didnt even look in the bathroom. We got a refund and left. Also theres a sign when checking in stating all refunds have to be issued in the 1st 15 minutes of arrival, so im guessing this is common.

It was a place to sleep, and the staff was friendly. No bedbugs! Toothbrush left in bathroom and rotten onion in the fridge. The AC unit was moldy

I was able to book the room on short notice. However, too much noise in the building early in the morning. I do not know if it was the staff or guest.

TV had streaming services mini fridge froze quick nice desks nice bathtubs hot water a plenty No snacks or drinks unless desk attendant could sell you one and wasn't busy elevators out of service put me on second floor with congestive heart failure recently constantly harassed about smoking cigarettes further and further away from the entire building new signage Everytime I came back getting checked in took a minimum of 8 minutes lobby a ghost town and the coffe machine and breakfast area is just all a facade

There was no breakfast The place smelled moldy... the towels were so old I did even bother using. The bed sheets had a bunch of hair and unknown debris on them when I pulled back the blanket... the sheets were dingy and the blankets had so many cigarettes burns it was ridiculous. The bathroom was gross. There were loud noise throughout the entire night, people were slamming doors and arguing in the hallway

The stay was alright but my original room had someone in it when we got there.

I only liked the location. It was easy to find. Andceasy to get to?, even with the construction in front of the hotel. I didn't like the room. It was clean but it had a very loud oder of mold. Very strong. Very bad.

Everything was nice. The beds were comfortable. The TV was entertaining. The water was hot for showers. It was a pleasant place to stay

Some better cleaning friendlier, people that work there out of all of them there is only one younger guy he Is the sweetest they watch you like you're gonna Still, something. It just seems like they don't like our kind like they're racist It just seems like they don't like our kind like they're racist. Our room wasn't clean bathtub , had hair in it there was hair on the wash rags.\nOverall , the whole room smell like wet dog , the a c and heater didn't work

Combord, ? bath tub, shower all are very old not working properly many times I raised this issue, even no hot water in baths as equipment very old
