The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non- smoking room. Stains on the sheets, the walls had stains and the shower and toilet looked dirty.

Stayed during Tropical Storm Eduardo. Rain entered the room through the front door and window. Floors were sunken (stayed in a second floor room), bedding was dirty, towels were dirty (unknown stains on both), room was stained, holes in walls, skin felt itchy when lying on bed. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable stays. Room smelled musty and mildew(y). Next time we experience a storm that knocks power out for greater than 24-hours, consider another hotel/motel.

Front desk did not answer. went down stairs to front desk asking for new towels. Staff said he would bring to the room. After 45 minutes of waiting staff brought a bunch of old towels, several bath mats and no bath towels. very disappointed however it was already 1:30 AM so we just didn’t take showers. Also property does not have elevators.

I stay often and staff is always super nice! Room is always clean & it’s quiet. I love that whoever cleans the room leaves a card letting you know they cleaned.

Price and location The pillows smelled like cigarettes. There was almost no hot water so the shower was lukewarm. And while there was a bar in the shower to hold onto, the tub was so slippery I had to hold on. No shampoos. Just one tiny bar of soap
