Motel 6 Beaumont, TX

The lady who works the front desk overnight is always sweet when she's there, so full of spirit. Check in was easy as usual and the room was ice cold and clean as always!

Clean as usual! There’s always a card saying who cleaned and they really clean good. Check in is always easy! And if you late night checking in there’s a McDonald’s close for fast food and several others right up the street

I’ve stayed a few times when I do last minute bookings. The rooms are always clean, the staff is nice and now they have a kiosk that makes it easier to check in.

Nothing to add. I needed a place to sleep on a long 3 day drive from east coast to west coast. The room filled that need.

Was surprised to find a motel that had 3 beds in the room which was perfect for our needs. Down side was that there was no table/chair to use. Overall it was okay for teh night.

The over night staff was very helpful however, the room had what looked like black mold developing at the top of the roof. I put the ac on 69 but the room seemed not to get any cooler than 73. For the room I had the light didn’t work to let me know that the key pad had accepted the key so I thought they key didn’t work so I went down and got another one but it was just the light out on the door. The stay was okay for the price but I’ve always known motel 6 for being a quality stay for a low price. I won’t say that I’m completely dissatisfied just a disappointed.

I love the ease of getting a room. The staff was really helpful and accommodating when the AC was out of order. The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing

It was good and clean. Enough parking spot pool was great. There is construction nearby and breakfast is not served there.

The bare necessities - all I needed with a very clean and comfortable bed. I can do without the extra furniture in the room as long as I have a good bed. The dinette table and chairs were nice. All was good for husband and me.

If I was running booking.com, I would remove this motel immediately after reading the followong: 1. The gentleman at the front desk kept insisting my payment didn't go through on booking even though both my bank avcount and booking.com confirmed. I showed him multiple times that it said paid. He refused to give me a room. After reluctantly paying for a room, I drive a day cab semi and was out of time, I recieved a notification from my bank of a potential fraud charge. Not a coincidence that he said I didnt pay and then I paid in-person and within hours got a flagged for a fraud charge of $238. 2. Nowhere on their site does it say they charge for parking. Get ready to get slapped with $20 parking. Oh, and most of the parking spots are occupied by individuals sleeping in their cars. Towels in the windshields, beer bottles around their vehicles. 3. I stepped out of my semi and was greeted by multiple scantily dressed women. I didnt think anything of it until I dropped my bags off in my "room" and went to get food. I came out and one of them was leaned on my truck, cat calling as I walked by. It was getting dark when I returned. There were two rooms that had bright red lamps on and women just "lounging" around. One of them spoke to a gentleman in a car, and got in the car. 4. The rooms looked nothing like the images on booking.com and Google. The "non-smoking" rooms reeked of smoke. When I went to shower, I was greeted by some sort of bugs. The bed is a trundle bed and the floors were disgusting. 5. Its not a motel, its an extended stay for a certain group of people. They were obnoxiously loud all night. Women coming in and out of cars all night. When I left at 3am, there were still people out drinking.

I reserved and paid for smoking room but they didn't have one available when i checked in.

The place was crawling with criminal activity. Be AC didn’t work. Loud music at 11 at night. I left the property and went somewhere else, where I knew my truck was safe and it was quiet enough for a Thursday night.
