The air conditioning worked great! But they do need to invest in the rooms a bit more but overall it’s was good

First room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke

Excellent service , staff was amazing to me my whole time , room was but comfortable

We got put out they kept our money and threaten to pull in jail told us to leave

Bed was comfortable I was told the pool was opened by guy checking me in but night manager told to get out the pool because they did not have a permit

I do admit being alarmed at having to interact with a staff person by way of a monitor instead of with a real person. The man was professional, well dressed, and "dry" (not friendly nor welcoming). I was also alarmed that a $100 deposit was required; and when I paid it, the monitor man could not provide a reciept for my cash. That caused me some anxiety for a while. But the following day, i found a real person in the lobby who was friendly and welcoming. He returned the $100 deposit. Since no one checked my room for damage or theft before returning the money, i wondered what the purpose was for holding that much deposit. Neverthless, i recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and amenities.

Nothing at all The staff I tried to cancel my reservation but they wouldn't let took my money all cause I didn't have 100 dollar deposit they tell you nothing about til you get to the actual location and the staff is very rude take a long time just to acknowledge that you're even at the counter then talk to you like you're bothering them or getting on their nerves

Price, and a kitchen Bathroom floor needed attending, tub had hair from previous occupancy.

Had a small little kitchen The room we had was underwhelming. The bathroom door had warped so we could not close door . There was mould above door . Around toilet was rusty and looked dirty

Location was close to many places to get food and shop. The deposit listed on booking.com said $50 and at the location, it changed to $100. I challenged it, however I couldn’t cancel. The bathroom also had stray hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor that weren’t mine.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
