The outside grounds were beautiful and gave a great first impression. Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. It smelled of cigarette smoke, was not properly cleaned, had debris in the bathtub, body hair in the nightstand drawer, no top sheet, and wood debris between the comforter and bottom sheet. The biggest issue was the breakfast. The Expedia listing shows a full breakfast bar, but breakfast is not provided at this location. That should be clearly disclosed before booking, not discovered the morning after you arrive. To me, that is extremely misleading. The gentleman who checked me in and Carl from maintenance were both phenomenal and deserve recognition. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the inaccurate amenity information made this a very disappointing stay. Travelers should be aware that what is advertised may not be what is actually provided.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Towels and sheets had been washed but there was lots of hair on them. While I would typically never complain about high water pressure in the shower, this was almost painful/too much. Better than no pressure I guess? Staff was very friendly.

The property felt dirty and poorly maintained. There were fingerprints and grime on nearly every surface, the floors were sticky, and the room generally looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The front desk staff also seemed unusually out of it, which was concerning. Overall, the stay was unpleasant and I wouldn’t return.

2. The microwave had almost burned through the door. Not safe. 3. The ironing board was bent and broken. 4. Spit wads on the ceiling. 5. Food smears on the table. 6. Chairs had cuts in the vinyl and there was a bug living in it. We left a day early after the spring issue and forfeited the last night stay. This facility is NOT up to Extend Stay levels.

The room was pretty gross (shower dirty, mirror spotty, no flat sheet, hole in the floor under the flooring which was very obvious, broken toilet paper holder) so they switched rooms for me. Not much of an upgrade cleaniness wise, but I did stay. In the morning I “used” the microwave and it did nothing but turn the light on so needless to say, I had to throw out my food. It was only one night but I will never stay there again. The front desk worker was very nice though. The exterior looks good from afar but up close, you can tell it has been trashed a bit (paint, stairways, etc.).

Nothing The room was filthy when we entered and nobody came to correct that. The AC didn't work - the bathroom sink was clogged up. The staff was very indifferent to my discomfort with no AC and outside temps near 100 deg. They send a maint person to work on the sink, but he couldn't fix it , so he ran off---and left a mess and a bunch of rags behind for me to deal with. There was no one on staff who seemed to care. No one to talk to with any authority to make changes or upgrades, so we left and found another place to stay. I paid for 7 days but was only there 2 days - both of which were in extreme discomfort due to HOT weather conditions outside. I want a FULL refund of the $600+ I paid. Got ZERO value for the money. Clean room and friendly staff
-
Very loud AC, crappy breakfast, and VERY loud other guests and fighting at night.
-
Upon our arrival at the room, we noticed the presence of some insects. Additionally, our room's proximity to the laundry room resulted in disturbances that made it challenging for us to rest.
-
Our room had to go through inspection and they woke up my son while he was sleeping
-
Spacious , nice bed The ac was on 76, it was hot . I didn’t know where the remoter was for the ac until I woke up in the am so sleep was rough

Nothing. It was dirty and the room looked like a crack house. Worse!! The walls had spackle on every wall, soap chips left in the tub, the tub had a ring around it, the stove was rusted, the fridge was rusted, the freezer part needed to be defrosted, the curtain rod was missing, the trim on the kitchen counters were held together with duck tape and peeling off. The stairs leading up to the door was filled with dirt and leaves, the bed frame had something sticky and visible on the head board. I will not recommend this property to anyone. You may want to inspect the property yourself. Read above

The bed was comfortable and the staff were professional and friendly. The shelves were placed higher up on the walls. My wife is short and couldn't reach to hang up our clothes, or the towels in the bathroom.
-
Pet fees are a little high and hotel offers no discounts for longer stays.
-

-

Great location. Friendly staff

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Told the cleaners and sprayed a like air spray on the fabrics, well that helped for 2 minutes. Rude front desk when checking in and there were no dishes or utensils in the kitchen. My daughter and her husband were saying in another room and the person below them was smoking pot and the smell came up through the vent. The breakfast was not stocked and very little to choose from.
