Each time we left our room and exited or entered the facility we were greeted with a smile.

The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and kept filled even during the busy time. My two main concerns were the pool was very cold and I could not figure out how to get the jets in the hot tub to work. Also, we had an electric roller shade in our room. It would not go up. Two different days the front desk said they would send someone in to fix it. It never got fixed nor did we hear if anyone even looked at it.

Close to shopping, gas and the freeway. Very quiet location and not far from the new In and Out Burger.

The room was clean and the staff were all EXCELLENT!! The free parking was great in Portland since almost every hotel charges for it!! The breakfast was okay just a little different set up than we are used to. It was split into two opposite sides of the dining area. The location was great and easy to find. We will definitely stay again!!

Room was clean. A/C unit was already turned on to keep room at a good temperature. Breakfast was great. Place was nice and quiet. No issues and would stay here again!

Our room was great and comfortable. The air conditioning worked like a charm to make the room perfect for sleeping. The FREE breakfast was wonderful. Staff were incredibly responsive and helpful.

It is next to other hotels and the 24 hour fitness along with a German restaurant within a walking distance is a winner for me
