Everything was amazing!

Staff was helpful, friendly and professional.

Parking felt safe and easy. We didn't have the breakfast.

Had a fire alarm. Wish they would have told us it was a false alarm instead of guessing that it was.

Staff pleasant, efficient and helpful.

First was no parking, had to park at the gym next door. Billed us twice had to resolve in the morning because the night staff didn't know what they were doing. No pillow or blankets for the pull out bed, had to call. TV was not working, couldn't find the remote, had to call for one. Two towels in the bathroom. One bright spot, dont know her name in the morning but she help clear up the billing issue. Keep her and promote her on your staff..

No great amenities else all other things were good

We ate at Elmer’s across the street. Excellent food.

The hotel was a great place to stay!

Clean, well lit. Lots of trees, comfortable stay, safe location and free parking.

Everything went smoothly. The front desk was helpful and friendly. More than enough parking is available. Rooms were like new and very clean. Excellent TV. If I need to stay again, this will be my first choice.

Spacious room. A little effort to locate hotel. Many restaurants in 5 minutes drive.

Super large, clean rooms and friendly staff. But the bed was so hard and squeaked terribly, making me believe the mattesses were quite old. But there was another more concerning issue in our room - there was mold growing in the ceiling around the emergency fire sprinklers. We are hypersensitive to mold and that was disturbing. That needs to be remediated in order to protect the health of future guests.

Also, they are supposed to change the room over every other day. The room was not changed at all during my 3 day stay. They even asked me if I wanted it changed over and I said yes, but it was still not changed, and I had to ask for new towels. The upside was the kitchen staff (morning) was great. They were friendly and efficient and the food was good.
