Bedford Plaza Hotel - Boston

Inexpensive hotel, easy access to rt 95. Pretty dated, some stains on furniture and carpets. It was quiet, and staff very nice and friendly.

This place should be called a MOTEL not a hotel. It is covered with mold. The shower curtains were dirty and the tub unclean - bathe in slippers and don’t touch anything!!! No washcloths provided. TV remote didn’t work. The curtains and mattress covers were soiled. The parking area is seedy. The elevator dirty. They will charge an insane amount of money - double digits - to replace room key that is usually free in every other hotel. The price advertised jumped higher when you try to book. Better to sleep in your car than to go to this place. Disgusting it is. The health department needs to visit it asap because it’s unsavory and unhealthy. Deceptive pictures because the inside is a disgusting motel.

Terrible location. Layout of hotel was awful. Windows facing out into the lobby vs outside. I will not be returning when I return in December for business.

Smelled like pee, hair on the walls. Red stains in elevators which appeared to look like bl**d which I took pictures of, told the workers he said he’ll file a complaint and it was still there days later. The only thing nice there was the pool no one used cus it was the in the middle of everyone’s door. Never will come again don’t waste your money.

This hotel is old, poorly maintained, and in serious need of renovation. The carpets were visibly dirty, the rooms were outdated, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I felt uncomfortable throughout my entire stay and was honestly relieved to leave. The hotel advertises breakfast, but calling what they offered “breakfast” is a stretch. There was essentially nothing available besides bread and butter. It was very disappointing, especially considering what guests would reasonably expect from a hotel that advertises breakfast. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would definitely not stay here again. For the price, the quality and cleanliness were simply not acceptable

Breakfast limited offering and poor quality. Room was heavily sprayed with deodorant but once that wore off strong urine smell.

Pros: beds were comfy and sheets were clean. Pool is the central part of building and looked nice but we did not get in. Cons: the hotel desperately needs updated. Carpeting is gross, sticky, and discolored. Toilets are old and way too close to countertops. The walls and ceilings have discoloration. The “free” breakfast was disgraceful and didn’t end up saving us any money really. Hair dryer didn’t work.

Could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Walls in our room had stains on them, as did the sides of the box spring. Not a huge deal but had to turn tv on/off at the tv cause the remote didn’t work well. Air conditioning was nice and cool. The room had a smell to it as well. Woman at check in wasn’t the friendliest person. Lots of rat traps around the property. Bathtub did not look clean at all..other people staying at the hotel said the same things when we talked.
