When I arrived, I was extremely exhausted and did not feel I could safely continue driving, so I stayed despite the conditions. The hallways had a strong odor of sweat and urine, and I encountered used mattresses standing upright in the hallway on the way to my room. Unfortunately, the room was in similarly poor condition. It smelled strongly of sweat and urine, and the carpeting was damp. The conditions were so uncomfortable that I put my shoes back on simply to walk to the bathroom and take a shower. I contacted Expedia and was directed to speak with the front desk. The hotel agreed to refund my second night, but I was charged upfront for both nights. I was told management would review my concerns and follow up regarding the first night. I have never received that follow-up or any refund. Given the conditions I encountered, I am formally requesting a full refund for both nights that were charged to me. I did not receive an acceptable level of accommodation, and I believe a full refund is warranted. I respectfully ask management to review this matter and process the full refund promptly. I understand that hotels can occasionally have issues, but these conditions were well beyond what I consider acceptable. I will not stay at this hotel again. I am p

Good enough hotel rooms for budget travelers. Basic amenities, the staff is courteous. There are gas stations, fast food & restaurants around, and a nearby supermarket for your needs. Pretty quiet surroundings. The indoor pool is a plesant surprise.

If you need a room near Hanscom for an overnight stay where you can relax and collect your thoughts before you listen to a pontificating air force general stretch what's supposed to be a one hour meeting into 10 hours of hell, then this is the place for you. Very clean, close and comfortable.

Bed was clean, bathroom had mildew on shower curtain. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was disappointing but there was a McDonald's right next door for coffee. Could not get the tv to work - "signal was not available".

Amenities in the hotel were not very clean. The staff did not change the towel nor picked up the litter.

Café bon mais c'est tout, vraiment rien de bon à dire sur le déjeuner trop rudimentaire...

Update fixtures and make the curtains big enough to cover the full window

Guests in one or two rooms near ours started arguing, yelling, and insulting each other. The argument became so intense that the police eventually arrived at the hotel. I don’t know who called the police, whether it was the guests themselves or another guest, but what matters is that my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and this situation was definitely not something pleasant that we wanted to remember from our celebration. I also called the front desk to ask why there was so much yelling in the hotel hallway and why the police were there. Unfortunately, they were unable to give me an explanation that made us feel reassured or safe. I understand that the hotel cannot completely control the behavior of its guests, but I believe that in a situation like this, the staff should provide information and reassurance to the other guests. Overall, the room and facilities were fine, but this incident significantly affected our experience, especially on such an important occasion as our wedding anniversary.

To start with the positive—the staff. They were as helpful as they were able to be. The structure is very old and I feel for the cleaning staff. It would be near impossible to get it to a level of acceptable cleanliness. The carpets were filthy, there was mold all along the bottom of the shower curtain, the curtains were tattered and did not close sufficiently to create a dark room, there was garbage behind the refrigerator and under the furniture, and I am fairly certain the sheets on the second bed were not clean. The breakfast room was unkept and not sufficiently cleaned during the breakfast time nor before/after breakfast was served.

A nice place for the price. Wish the breakfast was a little less carb-rich.

The rooms were clean, just dated. The staff was nice and helped with check in and out quickly. Direct TV in the bedroom 👎. Direct tv is just terrible. AC was cold enough, basically it’s a nice place to stay with a reasonable price.

Inexpensive with a strong smell of cleanser in the room. We ended up leaving.

If you saw the movie called Backroom’s then you would swear that this hotel was used in the movie. Outdated and broken, carpets are super dirty, and they house homeless people with vouchers. I was having breakfast when a man from the 3rd floor talking my ear off saying he was off his medication. Scary.

I didn't stay at this hotel for more than 30 minutes, and they refuse to refund the money.
