The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a good stay, and everything else was fine. The only issue was that the carpet in the room wasn't very clean. Other than that, the room was comfortable, and I appreciated the good service.

On the plus side, it was quiet, and there was ample parking across the street. Coffee was hot. Breakfast was toast, mini muffins cereal, yogurt and there was also a waffle maker. No eggs or other protein

The staff was rude very unhelpful and cheap! Could get enough towels to shower and when you went to the from desk the was never anyone there

Staff was rude and unfriendly ! Walked up and down hallways at night with a clip board peaking in the windows room was was gross had a terrible smell to it ! I asked for a late check out when I arrived desk staff said that was fine as I was trying to change my daughter and staff kept knocking kept saying they didn’t have late check outs and kept saying how long you need to leave I wouldn’t recommend going there and I also prepaid for the trip and when I got to the hotel they tried to say I only reserved and didn’t pay 0/10 will not go back !

Parking you need to pay for out of pocket expenses..Very costly.

This hotel is different with a pool courtyard inside that is very nice. The room was clean and the bed nice and firm. The price was right. I would recommend this hotel

Hotel is dirty

Room appeared clean with some minor cosmetics needed and a very loose bathroom facet. Received an email for parking $5 for outside $8 underground. During check in told $10 unground free across street. Told it changed, in two days. Payed the $10, just irritating. Looked at breakfast - not much and dirty from others and left.

It was okay
-
It’s an affordable hotel in a good location; it has a pool, a basic gym, and a very simple breakfast, but it is very cheap and meets expectations for this type of place.

The room smelled old, musty. Sheets had stains on them. Carpets are in need of updating and replacement.

Our room was filthy. The carpet was dirty, sticky and had an iron burn mark deep in the pile , the corners where carpet meets the walls were embedded with black crud. Behind the beds was caked on years of dust and dirt. The curtain was broken so it didn’t close all the way( we used the broken lamp to hold it in place), walls dirty with smudge marks and other stuff, the bathroom had dark hair stuck on wall, toilet seat and sink. The worst was when I pulled back the bedcovers and there was a medium sized yellow stain and dirty foot prints on the sheet! P.S when you enter the doors to lobby the tile floors are filthy and didn’t look like it was ever mopped. The grandson loved the pool which was very clean.

The reception area hardly has any presence of staff members but the guests were hovering all around when personal details are shared for check-in. Didn’t feel comfortable.

Looks nice on photos.

They rent out rooms to welfare recipients. Unfortunately they had some real messed up people staying there that fought a lot screamed at eachother with foul language and busted out a eindow cauding police to be called. Not very relaxing or comfortable. Staff were helpgul and nice but not a good environment at all. Plaster was coming off of walls in bathroom.

Good clean room staff polite and respectful. More options with the breakfast would be better.
