All around perfect stay

The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was great. We loved our room. Our biggest complaint was the restaurant. The service was awful and for the reason alone we wouldn't return.
-
Great and friendly staff and such a beautiful area for the hotel to be in! Would’ve appreciated some more hand soap and towels but when we asked staff they immediately fulfilled our requests. Hope to come back soon!

We hadn't ever heard of Archer and happened to be house hunting and saw it as we passed by. So when we needed a short stay we decided to try it. What a great experience! They were very kind, patient, attentive and above all 5 star customer service. Beautiful hotel, rooms were super nice, great food at the restaurant on property. Food was delicious and we dined on the patio which was great for people watching. Excellent stay.

I spent $600 for a night at this hotel, because it has such awesome reviews, and it was a bit of a letdown. How can you charge that much per night, and not even have a fridge or microwave in the room??? The shower was a sad little basic shower, and the hose to one of the handles was broken, so it was spraying everywhere. Also, there's clearly no soundproofing in that place, because the lunatic upstairs was a massive heel stomper and he sounded like he was going to stomp through the ceiling and land in my room. It was terrible. My mattress felt like it needed to be replaced as well. Bonus was the AC worked pretty well. Definitely NOT worth the money.
