Our stay was wonderful overall however the ac unit was loud and it was challenging to fall asleep with that noise. Breakfast was nice and the staff was also very friendly. I would recommend staying here but will suggest bringing your noise cancelling headphones.

Great trip and great experience as it was our first time in Boston!

2) There was limited ice. 3) A double room that sleeps 8 and could only get one blanket and no pillows for the people on the sofa bed. This room doesn’t sleep 8 if you don’t have the bedding 4) Breakfast was sub par. There isn’t enough room to get in and out of the breakfast area with the amount of people that stay at this hotel. Soda machine was out of flavors she whole weekend. There was no ice. Limited cereal and looked old 5) The pool gates are almost impossible to open unless you are almost 6ft tall and can reach over to pull the pin. Great that kids can’t get in but neither can some adults without help 6) the halls and especially the stairwells had a funny very unpleasant smell 7) Limited food but only on Mon-Wed. Who does that. Usually they have food/bar open on weekends 8) one set of elevators in the middle and the place is rather large. We were in a wheelchair accessible room and it’s the furthest away from the elevators possible in the building. 9) prices were jacked up and over $425/night for a regular room. We choose a 2 bedroom rather than two separate rooms due to the cost but it will still almost $600/njght. You can stay at a luxury hotel with a large room for that. This was not luxury. Overall not a great stay. Have stayed at other places for far less money and better value.

Lovely, clean and food was good. Everything was perfect.

Really nice place, clean and friendly staff. The only thing was the gym wasn’t open due to remodeling, otherwise would have been a 10.

Newly renovated and looks nice but felt like it still needed a good cleaning to clear construction mess in the common areas. Room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the hotel very accommodating to needs. New washers and dryers, which were completely free to use was a huge and helpful bonus for a traveling family of five. There were free bags of ice at reception that you could take to your room…which had a full size kitchen. Overall, a very good place to stay. With a bit more cleaning it would be excellent.

The room was also quite noisy, making it even more difficult to get a good night’s rest. Given the level of comfort provided, the price was extremely difficult to justify. The rates seemed heavily inflated due to the World Cup, and the overall experience fell far short of the value we expected for what we paid.

Quick and easy place for us to stop on a road trip. The hotel was lovely and clean, our room was prepared for us, and the breakfast had plenty of options and was replenished frequently. We missed the “Social” in the lobby (Monday - Wednesday evenings) but heard from a fellow guest that it was a great surprise!

The room and staff were excellent loved the waffles for breakfast

Living in the lapse of luxury. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. I was traveling with my son and grandson. It was nice to have two bedrooms and baths and a comfortable place to sit and visit. The man at the registration desk was lots of fun and truly hospitiblable. The breakfast was amazing! My only suggestion is that you add ice machines.

What has let it down from getting full marks is that there are ongoing works that meant disruption to our stay (I don't belive we had been notified of this in advance). The pool area is not fit for purpose as there was only 1 fully working sunbed, the others where broken and should not have been in use. Considering the pool States maximum 30 persons, 1 fully working sunbed does not suffice. Breakfast, probably the poorest choice in any hotel I have ever stayed in. When they ran out of something (sausage patty for example) it appeard to be a burden to replenish. So overall, the room and staff where excellent but the amenities (pool in particular), breakfast and ongoing works distracted the full benefit we should have experienced. It does look like it will be excellent when finished but that doesn't help my experience of my recent stay.

Great 2 bedroom suite. Plenty of room. Free laundry. Close to stores, great places to eat and shopping- can walk to them. Plenty of parking. No issues at all. Great free buffet breakfast.
-
Great location. It is easy to check in and out. Clean and quiet. The elevator is old and slowly.
-
Beautiful Ice costs extra, problem with booking, instead of trying to work the issue basically made us feel like we had to take the more expensive room or be on the street.

Great to stayed!
