Nice and clean

Good budget friendly hotel

Clean and comfortable!

Stayed one night with my family of 6. Plenty of room in the two beds, one sleeper sofa suite. Room was clean including kitchen (fridge, cupboards, countertops). Found enough pillows and blankets for everyone to be comfortable. Loved the on site parking. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. Everyone found something (cereal, fruit, waffles, bacon, eggs, bagels). The only minor issue was there isn't enough space for guests to sit and eat when there is a large crowd. The staff "opened" the conference area and we shared that large table with another family. Minimal inconvenience. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was pretty empty as it was a rainy/overcast day. Staff opened it up for us after the rain stopped as the pool is not open in inclement weather (even light rain). We would stay again the next time we are in Boston.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean, but the dishes etc. in the kitchen were not. The elevator is a bit scary and could use updating. The pool is great. The complimentary breakfast was more than decent. Would definitely stay here again.

The experience overall was absolutely fantastic! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. It was unbelievably clean. Near to a beautiful mall and Trader Joe’s. We will definitely be back next time. We’re in Boston. Absolutely love the hotel.

We liked the location and the ability to make our own dinners in the room. Free laundry was great! Would have liked to have our towels replaced and room cleaned at least once during our 4 night stay, but otherwise, we were very impressed.

For an IHG hotel, it is very poor. We were moved rooms several times as toilet didnt work. Premises were dirty and free breakfast was a joke. Nothing there!

Breakfast was decent and the parking area was safe and clean.

Great breakfast and clean rooms. Only downside is no water or ice machines

We stayed there for 11 days but they only cleaned the room once. By the time we left, the garbage was piled up, no toilet paper and no dishes detergent ugggh.
