Everything was pretty great, staff, room was clean, property was immaculately clean. Would have have given 5 stars except for a few small things like no air conditioning in the hallways; so every time we left the room had to deal with a musty, no fresh air air in the hallway. Other thing was the light switch in our bathroom was outside the door; so after use people automatically went to close the switch instead of washing first and then closing. Small, minute things. Not really their fault more like the architecture's fault. Not sure about other rooms, ours was a single king w/kitchenette. Still would recommend and go again and lots of great stores and restaurants in area really close

Casual breakfast good selection, gym and swimming pool well presented reception staff amazing and in a quiet area with great public transport links to Boston.

Excellent choice for a week long stay.

Although location was out of city a bus ride for $4 got us there! Hotel was freshly decorated with new carpets and exterior freshly painted too so very well maintained. Nice swimming pool area for relaxing by. All in all a good choice for us. Breakfast was fee also and could have mixed up food choices day to day.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff including Christiana and Dee Dee at front desk. Our family enjoyed the room, shuttle to mall and surrounding areas. We would stay again

Me and my 3 other friends would definitely choose this hotel once again when we come back to the US.

Never had a bad stay there.

We arrived to our room to discover that our door did not lock! We told the front desk and they came up to check. They determined that the door would not lock and said unfortunately maintenance would not be available til the morning. We asked for a new room but they were supposedly completely sold out. We had to sleep with a nightstand blocking the door for protection because it was too late to book another room at a nearby hotel. We would avoid this hotel on our next trip!

I don't usually eat breakfast at a hotel, most don't have anything that I like. I found the Baked eggs and fresh fruit a wonderful surprise. The hotel was modern and upbeat. Very pleased with our stay. Would stay here again.

Present and helpful staff

The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room.

Staff was accommodating and extremely welcoming. The room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Every aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectations.
-
The rooms had recently been upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. The shuttle service is second to none. Staff always very helpful. Did not try the breakfast but is always popular.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All around a great hotel for an amazing price. They provided a free shuttle to and from lahey hospital also a free shuttle to drop you at neighbouring shopping areas and picked you up. The room was very clean and smelt fresh! It was convenient to have the buffet breakfast; that was included in the price. The front desk wound arrange a driver to take you to the airport if you required.

Stay was good the room was well equipped with kitchen facilities and lots of space. Parking is $10 per day which was a surprise when we arrived. They do not have ice makers but you can ask the front desk and they are happy to get ice for you. Staff was exceptional at the desk. Clyde and a woman (I didn’t catch her name) were friendly and helpful. Our room was 143 and across from the laundry room and near an exterior door which made it a bit noisy.
