Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, quiet, the staffs were helpful.

The room and bathroom were clean. The food at the bar was good and the front desk were helpful with any questions I had.

Room assigned did not have requested ro in shower. Moved to the correct room for second night.

I want this to be very clear I've never been to this hotel i booked it and got injured at work a week before i called to cancel my reservation but was met with long hold times and when i finally got someone on the phone they hung up. so they got all of my money while I'm preparing for surgery. Mind you I'm also a hilton honors member so i go to Hilton hotels often and this is how i was treated.

The room had a very strange smell, the temperature for the ac was set to low yet it was still very warm in the room, and we can hear every thing from the rooms surrounding us. An hour before we checkout, room service came unlocking the door and i had to let him know that checkout was for 12 and there was no reason for him to be coming in like that.

Great stay. Very clean

Filty bathroom. Pillows smelled like BO or dirty feet. Walls were thin. Heard neighbors until 3AM.

This property needs major updates and repairs. Room smelt horrible like mold hallway smelt like weed was being smoked in every room. Very dirty rugs in all hallways. Toilet seat was falling off! Just gross
