Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington

Nothing Horrible check in time When I arrived at 16.00 which is the check in time, the room is not ready & the reception told us she had no idea when it would be ready as they were short staffed. My room is reserved far in advanced and paid. The reception told ys to better go.somewhere and be back again. This is unacceptable! The check in time is already late: 16.00 while check out at latest at 11.00 After 5 hrs the room was still not ready and you could not even tell ud when itvwoyld be ready. You need to refubd my money

Clean room

When we arrived later in the evening the staff was ki d and helpful. They said they could help with a cab in the morning and pointed out the small restaurant if needed. The young lady running the bar turned on the light to the restaurant, welcomed us, took our order, and was a breath of fresh air. The next morning the gal at the front desk was not helpful when we asked about calling a cab to get to the other Hilton down the road. She merely said, "Most people get an Uber" and went on a out her business. We come from a rural area where we don't have Uber, we have neighbors, but we figured it out and made our way down the road. The roo. Itself was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was very good, but it is not an easy commute to downtown Boston from Burlington. Also, the room was nice, but it was at the very farthest end of the hotel, and there was no access other than the main lobby, which meant that it was more than a five-minute walk to actually get to our room from the car.

The breakfast was awesome and staff were very nice! Elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. Terrible experience

I enjoyed having the indoor heated pool to myself, it was fantastic!

Maybe time for a few updates and renovations to make a little more modern.

I loved the poor, water pressure in room could of been hotter, free breakfast would of been nice. Over I had fun.

Good location, grocery stores nearby, friendly staff, pool, good breakfast The window could not be opened and the air conditioning was very noisy

We got two rooms...door to the adjoining room was stuck closed. The TV in one of the rooms didn't work so we had to move to the other end of the hall. Two room moves in one reservation.

There is a $80 per day, yes per day not per stay hold on your card while you are there.

Centrally located near Lahey clinic Long walk from elevator to our room

Thank you my partner and I enjoyed the Hilton and Burlington, I would prefer a continental breakfast, but understand we needed to pay for it
