Hotel was great, parking was easy, but a bit far from Fenway. We only stayed one night and had no issues.

Staff were ok. They did their job; but no one went out of their way to be extra friendly. Only 1 handicapped parking place. But three spaces for honored members. Shower head low pressure. Poor lighting in the coffee machine area; difficult to read instructions with out a flash light. Flushing the toilet was a cross between two mountain lions fighting and trying to wake the dead.

Clean rooms Upgrade was given

Room was big and comfortable.

Water pressure in shower was horrible like 20psi

The staff was excellent, polite and professional. Overall, nice facility and clean however there was visible damage/repair in the bathroom and the pillows definitely needed replacing-older, thin and did not offer support. My only two complaints—but definitely would consider going there again—but bring my own pillow :)

The staff was amazing, very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. We needed bedding for the pull out sofa bed and a call to the front desk had the bedding delivered quickly. The location was excellent with the mall and a variety of restaurants nearby.

Check in was easy. Description of room was accurate. The shower didn't properly from bathtub spout. I brought the attention to the desk clerk and was told that maintenance would check it out. The complimentary coffee was empty and desk clerk said they would not be making more. I booked the room because breakfast and parking were included. Breakfast was not. Desk clerk said not through expedia.? There were also some socks under yhe bed that were not ours? The swimming pool was murky and my travel partner asked if it was salt or chlorine? I couldn't tell either. It also was not heated. Only enclosed.

We were a bit disappointed. The breakfast was adequate, and the staff was very friendly. Otherwise, we were satisfied.
