Extended Stay America Suites Boston Burlington

When we arrived the sheets were stained and dirty. There were stains on the walls and ceiling and someone had written something on the bathroom mirror with lipstick that the staff didn't wipe away. We could tell that the towels were dirty and the staff just refolded them and put them back. The bathroom had no toilet paper and when we went down to the front desk to ask for more he only gave us one roll. There was also a lightbulb missing and the only lamp with light bulbs kep flickering.

The bathtub had fungus every where and not wanted to take shower. Also the room floor was horribly sticky and wired smell.

Very outdated, broken things in bathroom etc. Lobby area dirty, hallways smelled like cigarettes.

The place is a rundown. Holes in the walls, smell in the hallway. It looks like a hospital inside

This is the worst hotel ever. First, I changed rooms because the floors were so sticky and gross I had to wear shoes when in the room. The next room was a slight improvement, but the tub was moldy and cracked. The hotel smelled of weed throughout the building. This is a hotel that unhoused people are able to stay for an extended period of time. They are hanging out in the lobby and outside smoking. I left early and stayed at a different hotel for the rest of my stay. The management was not helpful in any way.

Do not stay here. The phones in the room don't work the hall spells like pics and the rooms aren't very clean.

The room floors were sticky, you could smell mold in the bathroom and you could see it was not clean. The air conditioner sounded like a truck coming into the room. Breakfast or little muffins wrapped. Never again.!

Great parking Staff was friendly

I arrived after a late flight and the parking lot was dark and had multiple people smoking weed or cigarettes. There was no one at the check in desk for several minutes until a young teenager checked me in. Everything and I mean everything is filthy. The lobby, the elevators, the hallways had bags of trash outside of doors, my room was listed as “renovated” yet the kitchenette was falling apart and the bathroom tub aged and with a wet bath may and strand of hair in it- the room had not been properly cleaned in ages with MOLD AND SPIDER WEBS in the fridge, a full trash bin under the sink. I told the front desk and no one removed it. Sheets were threadbare and the cover stained. I was concerned it had bed bugs. The floor in the room was so dirty I walked in socks to protect my feet. I booked this last minute for work so I could walk to the office park across the way thinking it was extended stay for business travelers and it is NOT. This is clearly transitional housing for homeless people, a drug den and sex worker spot.

I don’t write reviews but this hotel won the prize for my first one… There were cockroaches in the room and rats outside the hotel… There were all type of hairs in the bathroom… The front desk was all the time staffed by an unfriendly woman who pretended that she was going to accommodate all our needs but ended up saying there was not a chance for anything we needed. Such as a room near the elevator. It was as far away as possible. That is understandable but don’t pretend you’re giving us what we want. Other staff were very rude. The so-called breakfast was boiling-hot, watered-down coffee and creamer, cold cupcakes (means were not fresh or recently bought), and no spoons, no mixers, and barely napkins… some oatmeal but no bowls or spoons. As for amenities there was one and only one small soap in the bathroom, nothing else… for three people

As soon as I walked it was sketchy. It smelled like cigarettes and old.I checked in was not explained nothing as to the breakfast area was just handed the key once I got to my room floor was sticky bathroom had hair in the tub and soap from previous people DISGUSTING. Thank God I had flip-flops I used, towards the night, there was a guest with a dog it was barking Couldn’t sleep. I stayed because I came back from a long trip was very tired since it was just one night I stayed.I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN!!!

Room clean but dated. Definitely need new mattresses on the bed and sofa bed. No breakfast or ice machine. In room suite has refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Staff very pleasant and accommodating!

The room was clean and quiet. AC worked, but the shower didn't have host water.

Do not be fooled by the reviews on google or on here. This place is very dirty and has a weird smell. There is black mold in the shower and the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The towels had hair on them. The cleanest part of this hotel was the sink in our room. I would never come back to this place ever. We had to wait for over 15 minutes for the front desk to come help us check in. Only good thing about this place was the ability to do laundry.

Our room was clean, the staff were never at the front desk so the wait for them was very long and they weren’t the friendliest. The stove and fridge were clean and very convenient! On the other hand our shower was gross and the AC unit had mildew/mold everywhere in and out of it!

Not the cleanest of locations. They also seemed under staffed.

The hotel need better maintenance. The cleaning of our room was never done in 5 days we stayed at this hotel. The bathroom tub had mold and the floor was dirty.
