we are a non profit and we booked a room for a cancer patient and the hotel did not have running water so they checked out
-
The front desk person was apologetic but not overly surprised which led me to believe this might be a common issue. They promised to refund my credit card and that it could take up to 5-10 business days, which I also find unacceptable. I will not be staying here in the future

I booked a 2 bed room when which was not available when I arrived. I then asked for a kingsize bed room, was given a queen bed. The room had cabinet doors missing in the bathroom. The vending machine malfunctioned and did not provide a water that was purchased and staff indicated that I had to contact the vending machine for a refund... They should deal with the vending company, not the guests.

Not so clean, outdated, limited amenities, limited “breakfast”
-
Non smoking room was smelling nasty bathroom was smelling mold around tub slicons was almos all black
-
Location close to Lahey hospital.
-
The room was nasty had mold blood and hair in bed and then I asked the front desk to change room the next room was worse I will never ever stay here again they need better house keeping and friendly staff. I was told it was 5 star not at all 1 star
-
The sheets were not clean. I left.
-
Mybfirst room smelled like urine and the TV did not work. The entry floors are old and damaged and although the hall carpet had been vacuumed, it was clearly needed to be shampooed

At first glance, the room seemed clean, then we noticed the kitchen counter was dirty as well as the sticky floor. The bedding was questionable, the hallway had a strange trash odor for about four days. Bugs popped up randomly, as well as some that were already dead under the counter. People loitering around the exits made it very uncomfortable to use those exits in the evening. The initial reservation stated breakfast, but there was no seating area and it consisted of granola bars, muffins, and oatmeal packets. Bedding consisted of sheets without a comforter-we asked for some blankets and received sheets, we were told that housekeeping wouldn’t be in for another two weeks.

The front desk clerks were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offering was adequate and matched what was described. The negative: The bathroom had not been cleaned and even though I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, it never was during my multi-night stay. The hallways and elevator seemed a bit dingy and smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned.

Property did not appear to be safe as several people were seen hanging out drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot. Night staff was very helpful however the room was so dirty, we ended up leaving immediately. There were no other available rooms so we booked a stay at a different hotel. The stove was filthy, the toilet had things floating in it with hair on top of the seat and in the toilet bowl, and the bathtub was not cleaned. There was a horrible scent to the room that immediately made me nauseous. Took several attempts to get through to management for a refund.

nothing good about this place, cops drugs and drinking at all hours and smoking everywhere everything was worse than subpar
-
Not much Roaches, dirty, no dishes for stovetop, not worth the price AT ALL

This place is an average place to stay. The furniture and fixtures are old and seem like the cleaning staff does not pay any attention to details. The floor seemed grimy, like it was moped with dirty water and the dirt just smeared around. The front desk clerk was very rude. His treatment included giving me a dirty look and throwing my key card towards me before finally saying "you can go now". Any reviews seem with 5 stars were reviews "purchased" through incentives.

We made a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, but there was no available room when checking in and 1 king bed room was offered.
-
We enjoyed our stay there.
-
Skipped the breakfast, it is an extended stay hotel, so breakfast options looked spartan and bare bones. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and it was perfect for a night stop, especially as it was almost 25% less than any other hotel in the area. Had a good night sleep, was quiet, we hit the road after, so it was perfect for the price.
-
Took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get checked in. The desk staff had checked someone else in on my reservation and had extreme difficulty figuring out how to fix it. The amenities for washing up were missing and there was no hair dryer and they were unable to find one. There was no way to make even a cup of tea in the room as there were no hot cups or kitchen implements in the kitchen. The continental breakfast had only forks for making and eating the packets of oatmeal.

Breakfast could be better.
