Both driveways entering the property were in a state of major disrepair.

Nice stay. Conveniently located to many restaurants. Staff was helpful.

Also the reception area was really odd compared to most other hotels. It felt like I was checking in via a security guard's booth. No signage or other amenities - very plain and not at all like the reception area for any other hotel I've been to. And for being in the suburbs I was surprised to have to pay for parking. $5 wasn't too bad, but still unexpected. But otherwise the room was fine and reasonably clean. It's a great place to stay for a while as the room had a full kitchen and was fairly well equipped - just some dings on the kitchen cabinetry. And it's walking distance to a Wegman's supermarket and several restaurants and smaller eateries and entertainment venues.

Excellent staff and exceptional manager/mgmt. Followed up personally to make sure my requests/concerns were met and taken care of. THANK YOU!!

Broken furniture, window didn’t shut or lock properly. Staff was unhelpful. One of the worst I’ve stayed in in a while.

We checked in with Neil, he was attentive, gracious, enthusiastic. Best check in we’ve experienced in a “budget” hotel ever and we travel a lot. The kitchen was well stocked. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom vent. We stayed in 119 and the mattress was so comfortable we want to know what it was!

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was great. The major drawback was the heavy chemical fragrance odor throughout the carpeted portions of the building and the room. Even with window open in the room, it was strong and allergy-triggering. Would not stay again unless this was addressed.

Room was clean. Staff was great. We didn’t use the kitchen, although it would’ve been a nice option. Had we needed it. Ample parking. Overall would recommend this for a place to stay.

Clean, well equipped suite

The parking lot was absolutely horrible to drive in. There were holes all along both entryways and throughout the driveway. Luckily, my car was not damaged.

Clean, bright, smelled fresh not like chemicals. They provide everything you need. 24 hour front desk, close to everything, staff are very pleasant and accommodating! Great WiFi. Very Comfy bed. The kitchen has everything you need and more things you can ask for like a pressure cooker ect. I didn’t get to use the gym but it looked well maintained. Laundry was convenient. Animal friendly. Short walk to almost anything you could thing you could want, shopping, restaurants. If you want to stay in anything you may want or need delivered comes quickly. It was very affordable and very close to Boston for a day trip or 2. It felt like home. Definitely will be back soon. No major complaints. The hot didn’t get beyond temped. There were quests next to and above us that were pretty loud through the night. Not the properties fault. People need to clean up after their dogs. Again not the properties fault.

They charge $5.00 self parking at the hotel. They should write the parking fee $5.00 clearly on web instead of "self-parking available - $5.00." Deceiving and stupid expression.
