The room was cleaning, comfortable, by check-in was weird, and after I left, I received an unexplained five dollar charge. I called to ask what for and they said that was for parking. Even though they are not anywhere near downtown or in any paid parking area, and have a huge parking lot, and there’s not a place you can get to without a car. They did not disclose that charge or explain it to me when they sent it to me and it took way more time to find out what it was for and it should have.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The laundry takes a bit to figure out, but useful to have it right there. Be aware that the signage to find the hotel isn't super clear, but the hotel is conveniently near lots of things. That being said, it was very quiet. Quieter than I might have expected being near a main road/mall etc.

Besides many BIG HOLES literally in the road leading to the lobby which were dangerous and apparently were of unfinished ROAD WORK.

Not much Tired lifeless facility. Felt cold and institutional. I would never ever stay there again.

The property was quiet, very clean and smells really good. This location was great because it was near a lot of restaurants even walking distance. Also the Burlington Mall is near by.

Parking lot was all cut up for repairs, contractor left deep holes that did and could damage more vehicles. Staff was great, room was perfect only negative was parking lot

Overall, it was a great room that was clean. The staff were nice and was a great stay.

Great and kind staff. Had an issue with the room and they promptly move me. Outstanding especially from desk Quan. Just the best

Large, clean room. Super comfortable bed with great pillows and nice linens. Good shower with sufficient pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and convenient dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good location (there’s even a Wegman’s nearby!). Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it appeared to be well supplied. The best part of our stay was how kind and helpful Neil at the front desk was. He was super when checking us in and gave a great first impression. The hotel is very lucky to have him! The only chair in the room was the desk chair so there was no place for the second person to sit, which was very inconvenient. Our room was near the front desk and people were carrying on very loud conversations until midnight and starting again at 4:00am – extremely inconsiderate – the staff should enforce quiet hours, not just in the rooms but at the front desk for those trying to sleep nearby. While these issues made our experience a poor one, we would stay again due to the good things about the hotel, but in a room farther from the front desk.
