Only spent one night on a road trip. This is right off the highway across from a major mall.

Great price for the amount of space you get, and really friendly staff. Also nice to have some decent restaurants in walking distance!

They charge you to park in their lot. Very very basic.

Room was clean and stocked. Walls are paper thin, constant loud talking in halls and near the front desk till late into the night. We left early with no refund of 2nd night's stay. Laundry didn't work.

Cons: One elevator. I got plenty of steps in, though, so that was a win! Soundproofing is iffy-ish. People above may or may not have been doing aerobics. Lots of jumping and thumping, from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm. And people next door one evening definitely needed to turn on the TV so they had something to do besides call out to God repeatedly all night. Bit hard to sleep with that 😉

HORRENDOUS is an understatement. For this high end price point we would have been better off staying at a Motel 6- atleast it would've been cleaner. After traveling for 8 hours, we checked into our suite, and within the first hour of arrival we noticed filthy walls/countertops with grease/food splatter in the kitchen, a filthy microwave, floors and doors. White and black scum on the bathroom vanity drawers, a filth ring in the toilet bowl, filth on the bathroom countertop, and walls. A ring of rust, pubic hairs, and BLACK MOLD stains in the tub and on the walls, dog food under the couch/pull out bed, and what appeared to be male bodily fluids all over the front of the dresser in the bedroom. The top of the AC unit and vents were filled with dust, hair, and dirt. This room clearly was not cleaned in weeks and these are all very concerning sanitary issues. This is completely unacceptable and repulsive. The only resolution offered was to wait until 1am to hope someone might not check in to their room so we can be accommodated with a clean room, sleep in an unsanitary room until housekeeping gets there in the morning, or to leave the hotel at 11:30pm and hope to find another hotel with availability at midnight during a nor'easter storm. Housekeeping came in the next afternoon and vacuumed the floor and made our beds... THAT WAS IT. Staff did not care from the GM to front desk staff and did absolutely nothing to rectify this disgusting situation. A once in a lifetime trip- ruined.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the spacious room!

Helpful staff, additional $5+ parking charge, clean suite, and short walking distance of a grocery store and eateries. A quick drive to Lahey Hospital, Burlington Mall, and easy connection to the highway. The parking lot was recently repaired and there's an area for dogs/pets too.
