The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and access roads to the highways and interstate. The studio apartment is bright, has an efficient layout, clean both in the apartment and the common areas. It is well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop .dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, plates etc. full set of quality towels including washcloths and hand towels. It offers hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand lotion in dispensers, so there’ no waste of little plastic tubes. Large flat screen TV, good WiFi connection, convenient and ample parking. All of the staff were wonderful, helpful and happy. I loved this place. We go to Lexington regularly to visit family. I will always book this place for our stay. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this place.

A very nice staff and clean and new amenities. It's nicer than home on some levels. Walkable food, drink and entertainment options. Great I'm all respects.

Exceptional

The room is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. It’s also very close to a nice supermarket and plenty of shops, all within walking distance. The refrigerator made a very strange clicking noise whenever it started running. Unfortunately, there was also some rather loud dog barking.

Room was very clean. My room was absolutely quiet and I did not hear any of the other guests. The location is very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

Was good all the way around. Nice way to travel and be able to stay in for your trip ( eating out) (store trips). It is perfect for nice space to enjoy as well.

Not particularly clean but not terrible. Some staff members super helpful other not so much.

Honestly I’ve been to many hotels but this one was just off. The elevator had a pungent odour then the 3rd floor which we were staying on smelt of wet cat food and there was a hair in the washroom sink upon arrival. Thankfully we checked in at about 2am and we were only staying the night. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re okay with the feeling of being unclean.

Good location to hospital Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable The over-powering smell of cleaning products to attempt to block pet smell. For a pet-friendly hotel carpet is not the answer. At one time i saw the dog pee in the hallway and the owner kept walking.

Most of the staff was wonderful cigarette butts by the back door and lots of guests didn't pick up dog poop.

Location and free parking At check in the staff person was pre-occupied with another person via telephone. I waited approximately 10 min just to check in. Also the grounds are littered with trash and clutter.
