Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Burlington

Room had a full kitchenette and nice sitting area. Breakfast had many choices.

It was a place to sleep and the pool was warm. There is NO hot tub, which is the ONLY reason that I booked this hotel; originally I had one, but then they said that they got rid of it prior to our stay and did not feel the need to update any upcoming guests. Had I known that, I would have absolutely canceled IMMEDIATELY. They overcharged me for my room by about $60, the beds were not comfortable, and every time we left our room, the doors would slam so incredibly loud and are very heavy so watch for littlefingers. While I was at breakfast I was trying to help my 5-year-old son get some breakfast and myself some and a staff member just kept looking at me and staring and huffing because she was trying to put some silverware away the people at the front desk were very dismissive and did not hear our concerns at all. I would not go back to this hotel.

The room was very clean and well kept. Everything looked fairly new. The pool was a bit small, but our 9 year old enjoyed it immensely. We had a lovely stay overall

This was one of my family’s go-to hotels. It checked all of our boxes- free parking and breakfast, big enough rooms to fit us all, a kitchen with full freezer, close to the mall, amazingly friendly staff, great restaurants in the area and a pool with hot tub. However we went there last weekend only to find that (*GASP*) they removed the hot tub! After a long day of travel or touring our favorite sites, the hot tub is what we looked forward to the most. This hotel is fabulous, but PLEASE bring back the hot tub!!

We stayed for 2 nights, family of 4 ( short 30 minute drive to Salem, MA). Everything was great. The staff was very helpful in accommodating our requests (extra towels, kitchen accommodation). All the amenities were available and up to our expectations- indoor pool, gym and breakfast. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. And the hotel was in close proximity to groceries, food and shopping. Parking was ample. Highly recommended.

Our stay was only one night it was great . We had resavations at black and blue wait staff was great food was fantastic. Made our anniversary rememorable for ever. I would stay there again no doughy.

I’ve stayed at this property over 15 stays. The cleaning staff are amazing. The common areas are well maintained. The rooms are freshly clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. I’ve never had any issues. It’s also very convenient to get around. We visit Salem and Boston and it’s usually no more than 30 minutes to drive to each location. The Burlington Mall next door is great. I highly recommend visiting.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was good close to Lahey Clinic and the Mall. Our only reason for moving was because we did not have any transportation. We needed to go to the Grocery Store and to the CVS pharmacy as well as to the Market Basket. Other than there was nothing within walking distance for us.
