One of my go to for personal time away. Amenities are good, free breakfast, Black and Blue Restaurant onsite and near by Mall and restaurant within walking distance. Enjoy!

It was very kid friendly and the breakfast was good. Clean and well maintained. The pool was a little dirty by the end of the day.

Breakfast excellent, friendly staff, beautiful hotel, hotel is awesome. Unfortunately it’s very close to the ICE facility giving one an uneasy feeling. Just had a feeling ICE agents would burst into the hotel and detain guests.

The room was beautiful with an unexpected kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable from the moment we stepped inside and checked in. The check in process was flawless, the room was lovely, the staff friendly, the breakfast had great options for everyone and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!!

Very nice room. My only complaint was that the HVAC fan was pretty loud, but I always take earplugs anyway.

This hotel is our go to place to stay when we visit Boston. The staff are always friendly, the amenities like the pool and hot tub are always clean and the rooms are super clean. The location is perfect, walkable and within distance of the mall with all of its fun stores and eateries.

Waited 2 day's for a return phone call reguarding check in. Tv in bedroom didnt work. I had to call them several times and they still didnt do what they said about checkin concerns. It also seemed like the premium room upgrade that i was promised then finally given was not as good as the cheaper room. It just seemed like something else to worry about. No tv in a $200 a night room?

The hotel was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also the breakfast was great. Only down side was listening to protesters yelling outside the hotel. It was loud and obnoxious. Other than that everything was great.

My favorite part about the trip was the hot tub and the pool. I really needed time to relax and this hotel made sure that it happened!
