Les draps étaient tachés de sang....On aurait apprécié un crédit d'un certain montant pour cette malencontreuse erreur!!!!! Mais rien ne nous a été offert, bien qu'il ait fallu attendre 30 minutes avant que quelqu,un puisse venir changer le lit afin que nous puisions nous mettre au lit après une longue journée à voyager.

This hotel is amazing! Very clean, the staff is helpful, there's was an issue with the breakfast guest do get a voucher for free breakfast, but I was never given one. It's $25 dollars per person for their breakfast. And the parking is free and there's plenty of space.

The room was clean the only thing we had a problem was the tv we needed two remotes one for the volume and one for the channels because they has to configured it and it was going to take a while. The shower had very low pressure. There were two events going on so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool because it was packed. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel, would I stay there again yes I will check if there’s any major events going on before booking.

Front desk workers were not very helpful but the rest of my experience was excellent. One of the best meals I had in Boston was at this hotel (steak frites). Overall, a 4 star experience.

AC Very poor, temperature at 77 F got down to 73 overnight. Never lower the Engineer offered us a fan. There was a heatwave but the AC did not keep up. Otherwise everything is great?
