Do not stay at Burlington Marriott!! They have charged me 165 dollars that i never charged!! I called billing department and they have no answer!!! Unreal and Unbelievable.. Not even an explanation!!! Fraud Alert!!! They won't even call me back to discuss.. Angry as hell

Conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though it was very busy. Indoor pool was nice. Overall, the hotel was pretty shabby and needs attention and upkeep. The room felt very worn and used.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We loved the gym and indoor/ outdoor pools. Easy access to the mall and to Salem/ Danvers. Very comfortable beds. Great view from the window. We loved the omelettes at breakfast. Our daughter lost her phone in the hotel room so we had to look everywhere for it...we found lots of dust/ hair/ old tissues. Could have done with a deep clean around the beds and furniture.

Only issue was maid service. They did not arrive until 5 pm when we were dressing for dinner. Asked them to come back in 10 min and they never returned
