Good marks in general. The deck privacy barriers were rotted and some need replacing. About half of the AC outlets were functional

We really enjoyed the location and the setting with close proximity to the water. Watching the tide go out from the deck after a day of driving was a real treat. We were not able to stay longer but wish we could.

Stayed here for one night on my way to Acadia honestly wish I could have stayed longer. The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed. They are spaced nicely so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other and the property is beautiful. Staff was friendly and attentive. If I’m ever back in Maine I would definitely book again.

We had a nice stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great and we enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony and sitting out in the evening. The one downside was that the beach was extremely rocky and there was no swimming pool so we didn’t go in the water.

This place is a hidden gem in Maine. Beautiful view of Belfast Harbor just steps from out porch. Would recommend and plan on a return trip for a longer stay.

Amazing view from the deck. Seems like an older property but well maintained. The front desk staff was exceptional. We enjoyed our one night stay here.

It was a nice little spot, with a nice view of the water. I’m looking forward to checking out some of the other sleeping spots next time.

Enjoyed te balcony and view. Room and landscape were in good condition. For being close to the road it was quite. We would definitely stay here again. Maybe in one of the cabins.

By far one of the best deals for accommodations in Maine. The rooms and cottages are very well maintained, and the views are superb. The cottages are sited in such way that almost all have excellent water views. Hard to believe you can still get such a place that’s affordable. Recommend!

This is a gem of a place. It is a great affordable option only 75 minutes from Bar Harbor. We are already thinking about the cottages for next summer to bring more family.

Cottage had more than we needed. Kids loved the access to the yard games. They wanted to stay longer!

Wonderful and charming low-key spot on the ocean. Great for swimming, relaxing, sitting on the porch. The other guests were very friendly and the staff were great, especially the woman at the desk! We'll be coming back.
