We couldn't sleep at all all night because of a constant banging against our wall, couldn't find the source and there was nobody at the front desk, we wish to get a refund, this really messed up our week with one sleepless night

The room door lock was newly updated to an electronic lock, but the door did not have a deadbolt installed.

Extremely clean & friendly staff! The beds are not comfortable.

No concerns

This adorable little motel is a great place to stay. I hadn’t stayed in a motel for many years and was a little apprehensive, but it soon dissipated as Mia checked us in and Chris, the maintenance man make sure we understood their key system! The room was comfortable and immaculate! I definitely will be back as Belfast has adorable shops and great restaurants!

It's great for a short stay only, for me. It's conveniently located on Rte 1. The staff were friendly, and it was clean and quiet. They need to accelerate upgrades to AC systems. My room had a hole in the floor that needs repair, near bathroom threshold. The TV is too small to view from the bed located on opposite wall - they should upgrade TVs too. The fridges lack a freezer compartment. Overall good.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. Nice location, as we could walk the footbridge into Belfast. That was a nice surprise.

There for one night. It was clean and the air worked great.

This hotel is solid for what it is - a fine place to overnight if you're driving through. The rooms are good, but there is some noise from the nearby highway if you're trying to get to bed on the earlier side. It tapers off as the traffic dies down. There is a new lock system on the doors which require a key pad and combination which at first seems convenient, but when checking in I could see all the combinations written down for all the guests checking in that date as they were all easily visible on the desk. Scared me a bit, especially when the doors didn't have an additional latch / pad lock on the inside. Otherwise it's a fine place to crash, and Belfast is a cute spot to stay!

Pictures are accurate, room was very clean, check in easy, good value for the price, comfortable bed - the only issue was that the washer was broken.

Not very sound proof. Road noise and people talking outside was very audible. Otherwise it was lovely.

The property is clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The location is close to Belfast downtown, with a short drive away. I wish there could be more toilet paper available. There is one extra roll but it would be nice if one extra roll is provided.

The staff had allowed me a late check out but didn’t tell anyone so some guy was all angry at me as I was complaining of the shower. He was very rude and just nasty. Interacted with him twice. Would not stay here again. He was like yelling at me.
