Staying at this hotel reminds me of the old good days. The hotel itself is not new anymore, but it has been maintained very well. Staff are very friendly. We recommend this hotel to anyone who’s going to visit Belfast.

Beautiful ocean view with private balcony. Also a big deck with fire pit off the lobby. Yard games and chairs. Private beach. Very clean. Super friendly staff!

The hotel overall was really really good. We loved the views from outside. The amenities are nice and it was just a little outdated.

The Albanian guy working the front was super nice and friendly Bedbugs in the bed woke up with itchy bites all over my entire body

This hotel is fantastic! It definitely is a 5 star hotel but the views from your room add that special touch and those same views are in all social areas where you can chat with other guests. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful with anything you might need. Relaxing and fun could't ask for more. Also it's a safe location.

This hotel offers a very warm, clean stay with lots of extra entertainment options including indoor pool and hot tub, outside giant chess, giant connect four, and even kayaks for guests to paddle the bay. Hope to visit again someday!

The view was nice and the location to downtown. The room was decent, but could do with some touch ups. For example, a big round mirror was poorly cleaned with a hand print on it. One of the bed frames had a big ding on it that could be touched up. Little things that downgrade the impression. Also, there were people at the front desk when we checked in and they weren't as welcoming as I would have expected. They reacted almost as if we interrupted them.

Being a rewards member for a large chain of hotels I was hesitant to book at stay in an unknown place. I certainly made the absolute best decision. Beautiful, clean, amazing location and the staff was perfection.
