Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Belgrade - Bozeman - Yellowstone Airport

Room was fine except the electronic shade didn’t work right.

We had an early flight. The person who checked us in was very nice, and I asked if we could get a muffin or something to take with us to the airport in the morning. He said just ask the person at the service desk in the AM. I asked the kid that was at the desk in the AM for a muffin or hard boiled egg. He had no idea how to get us a muffin or anything, he was not helpful at all. Didn't say sorry I can't help, just "I don't know how I could do that".

Checked into our room after midnight. Smelled cigarette smoke in our room, but assumed it was temporary from someone who smoked outside. We both woke up very congested. Left the room early the next morning and returned again very late. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, even stronger now, and worse in the bathroom. Front desk offered us another room, but it was very late and we had to wake at 430am for the airport. The clerk kindly gave us his personal air freshener to use. We were them kept up all night by banging and stomping from the room above us. Just when we thought it had stopped, it would start up again. The breakfast is just packaged oatmeal, muffins, bars and tiny yogurts.

Property is clean and appears new. Staff was helpful. This was the first time staying at Extended Stay. It doesn’t have the pool or exercise room but we don’t use them so that’s OK. Breakfast is light compared to other hotels.

We only stayed overnight so it was a different experience. Had to ask for cofmaker. Later realized no cups, even in bathroom. Had to ask for hairdryer. Walls were thin and we could hear above and hallyway.

I left my coffee and muffin on the table for just a few minutes while I went to use the restroom. I was the only guest sitting in that area at the time. When I returned, the front desk staff had already thrown them away. What disappointed me most was that she never asked whether the coffee and muffin belonged to me, even though I was the only person there. When I came back, she did not seem concerned about what had happened. There was also no coffee maker or even cups in the room, which I found unusual and inconvenient. The property itself was great, and I wish I could give it a higher rating, but the poor customer service significantly affected my experience. This is actually the first time I have ever given a hotel a 2-star review.

Breakfast is a grab and go breakfast which wasn't so great but great stay otherwise

Property was good, staff very nice, good appliences in kitchen. No plates, no silverware, etc. I think they are still comming up to speed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff, mainly Jesse, was friendly, energetic, and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

It was clean and they were accommodating

Newish feel throughout. The breakfast options. The shower doors. That get-your-box-of-kitchen-stuff thing.

Liked everything except the tp bar holder in bathroom and the fact you have to bring your coffee maker and kitchen supplies up to room instead of each of the equipped kitchens having those items already supplied. Makes sense to just provide them.
