La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Belgrade - Bozeman Airport

If I could give it a zero I would. The hotel is being renovated, which wasn’t noted when I booked with Expedia on June 26. They are renting out rooms on floors with unfinished hallways- no carpet, paint, doorframes. The room itself was also unfinished with wires sticking out of the walls, water leaking all over the bathroom floor, and the construction smells were so bad we had to leave after 2 hours as we were feeling nauseous. They didn’t offer a refund for the 2 hour stay and I don’t think it is even up to code to be renting these rooms out. Their website has notes of renovations happening but not that you might be staying in an unfinished part of the hotel. It was awful, I would not recommend it at all and the lack of notification prior to our arrival along with the lack of refund is very disappointing. .

Our room was filthy. There was stuff on the walls and curtains.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was currently in process of being renovated but the workers stopped by 6:00 p and did not start again before we checked out at 9:00a so noise generated by construction did not affect our stay.

No place to park our trailer.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast.

Had a hectic day at arrival for many reasons. Fortunately, the hotel reception was able to let me enter a room early that resolved my problem. While the property was undergoing sime new construction, my room was clean, large quiet and comfortable. While the TV did not work, I did not care as my return to my room was very late and using my own computer with easy access to the on-line service made that inconvenience disappear. I will be eager to see what the new renovations add.

No pleasant smell in the waiting area when we enter into the property. The floor is not fully ready but it was allocated to customers stay. No simple flexibility including for just keeping luggages for couple of hours. It's full of money minded experience is my observation for anything at this place. The breakfast is fine. It's better to choose some other place to stay for your peace of mind.

The Room was clean, Staff was wonderful, we enjoyed the breakfast. The parking was doable. There was construction in the area. Which created limited parking.

I get closing is expensive, but to charge full fare for this is criminal.

The value was fine because it was low price. It would not have been worth the prices for busier times. The issues mostly stem from renovations but I am not sure I got the right room. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool is indoors and very warm, so I believe it would be enjoyable year-round.

It was disappointing. The hot tub was not operational, and the fridge in my room had no temp control - froze everything. In short, don't advertise amenities you can't deliver on. Not to mention the exorbitant cost on bottled water and juice - $20 for 2 juices and 2 waters?? The only thing that was helpful was a decent spread at breakfast.

This was a very nice room for two, with a divider between the two beds and a large screen TV for each side. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hopefully after construction the rooms will be updated and repaired.

Considering they are in the middle of a major renovation everything was good.

When we arrived at the property, it was under a remodel and we were not informed prior to our stay. The hot tub didn’t work. In our room, we had a dividing wall between a king and a queen bed. There was a sink with a microwave and coffee pot the sink had a piece of paper over the drain saying do not use doesn’t work. There was a small fridge that did work on the other side of the room where another refrigerator should’ve been it was empty and in our room, which was 214 right above it, they were directly working on the floors up there. It was very noisy. They did quit work at 5 PM but when you’ve been traveling all day, it was terrible and on Sunday, they even worked on the remodel. I wish we had been told about it when first looking for a hotel very disappointing. I would not recommend.

Doing construction on first floor and you could hear banging until 10:45 pm. Not good when your trying to sleep
